Hi, How can I show the homepage in Liquid layout and all the other pages in Boxed layout? In Theme Settings, I’ve selected the Theme Layout as Boxed.
Essentially, I want to show the homepage in full width which covers the entire screen and have background image on all the other pages. Thank You!

Timetable functionality is delivered with a premium timetable plugin included to the theme package for free. It’s Timetable Responsive Schedule For WordPress plugin integrated into the theme Visual Content Composer with a great number of adjustable options.
All the settings for the plugin setting up could be found in the Timetable shortcode (it contains all settings from the settings page). So you can make different tables with different settings: 1; 2; 3.
And you can easily add needed event hours for each event, so it’s absolutely possible to have several classes at the same time in a day.

Hello. There’s an error with the portfolio element in the hompage www.grimaldidance.com If you go the section where the dancing styles are shown (projects) you’ll see that there is one of them (the one named “Bachata”) that doesn’t link to the project “Bachata” but it’s linking to an event instead,
I even tried to rename the category just in case there’s a conflict with events categories. But it still links to the Event, and not to the Project.
The portfolio element is supposed to show projects not events.
What’s worng there?

However, There’s another issue with the timetable. If you go to this page:
http://www.grimaldidance.com/horarios-de-salsa-y-bachata-en-grimaldidance/and you click on any class (Event), it links to the contact page, which by the way it’s an old URL, not even the actual contact page URL, which causes an 404 error.
But, apart from that.. why is it linking to the contact page? I checked the Event page just in case there’s an URL option, but there isn’t.
I don’t understand why it’s linking to that page instead of that particular Event Page?

Hi There, thanks for this! We have a few more questions: the template does not show what regular page will look like (everythign seems to be running as blog posts?) Can pages be displayed and used as pages? What will they look like? Also the sidebar only supports navigation, calendar and blog entry calendar and search, can we put text there or images as well? Can we install more sidebar plug ins? We will implement our own web font—> embed this via CSS? The calendar pro function: events will always show in the date that they occur not in the order that they have been put online, correct? (For example: if we want to show the next 10 events on the start page—> it will show them in the order that they will occur, not in the order that we have put them online) If we want to change the size and shape of the buttons—> can we put our own buttons into the design? What are the best file sizes for the slider if we want to show a short move sequence, like you do in the preview? (is this done via revolution slider and is it included?) In fact the theme comes with 58 pages included in demo content that can be easily edited. For the content creation we used our own Visual Content Composer with a huge custom shortcode collection. Please check this video demonstrating how easily shortcodes can be managed. It’s taken for another product from our portfolio, but general idea for Dance Studio is the same. Here is the screencast about how our Homepage is made, as you can see, we used different shortcodes and widgets in the sidebars for the content creation.
As for the sidebars – the theme comes with different widgets that can be added to the sidebars, and Image widget is also available. Concerning other sidebar plugins – in fact we do not guarantee the third-party plugins compatibility with the theme, as there are tons of different plugins available and we cannot ensure compatibility with the theme for all of them. Appreciate your understanding.
Speaking about the new font – please note that we can guarantee theme compatibility with Google fonts only. The theme comes with a detailed How-To with an instruction how a desired font can be added.
Events can be added to the page via the Events list widget that will display the events in the date that they occur.
Buttons view can be changed in the Button Shortcode Settings, also you can add additional css classes to your buttons and change them via custom css codes.
In the demo homepage we use Revolution slider plugin that comes bundled with the theme with video for main background that is added in three formats for better displaying.
We haven’t implemented tests with Visual Composer (Page Builder by wpbakery) and can’t ensure its compatibility with Dance Studio theme. Our customers usually use exactly Cmsmasters’ Content Composer, as they are absolutely satisfied with it.

In fact we do not guarantee the third-party plugins compatibility with the theme, and alas there is not much we can recommend regarding Caldera Forms plugin. The only thing I can advise is to try it by your own.
Please note that we don’t assess possible serious customizations (such as making plugin compatible with them theme functionality and styles) and don’t implement such customizations. Appreciate your understanding.

Hello dear support. I would like to add a new font to the template which is no GoogleFont. I added the webfonts via FileZilla into the webfolder /dance-studio/css/fonts with the file formats ttf.eot, tttf.svg and ttf.wof.
Also I added this code to the customer css:

Hello, is it possible to hide the words “one ticket” next to the ticket price on the homepage where the events are in list form? My customers are thinking there is only one ticket left. Ideally, I’d like for it to say “per ticket” but I’m having a hard time translating that text using your translation method as my wplang section keeps being rebuilt by my server side devs. I’m hopeful I could hide that text with a snippet of some sort. I can recommend you to add video to your Media Library, then you’ll be able to add it to the page using Video shortcode. Another solution is to upload your video on YouTube or Vimeo and use Embed shortcode with the link to the video. Hope it will be helpful.

To turn off the ‘Leave a Reply’ section on your page/post/project please proceed to the admin panel and scroll to the bottom of a page to the Discussion section and unmark the checkboxes.
In a case you can’t find these checkboxes please proceed to the screen options and make sure that here the discussion field is turned on.

To change the project’s slug please proceed to the Theme Settings > Single Posts > Project and edit it here. After changing the slug please proceed to the Settings > Permalinks and set permalinks to Plain (and save changes) and then change them again to your chosen settings.
Please note that archive pages are generated automatically and cannot be edited. I can recommend you to create the new page for the Projects displaying and use the Project slider shortcode or Portfolio shortcode in order to display projects in the way you need.

The theme provides opportunity to add needed shortcodes to the post-types pages, so you can add the Profiles shortcode to the Classes or Lessons posts in order to display the teacher profile.
