I’m looking for a theme that will offer Auto Location, not sure of the name, this is where the visitors city automatically shows in the search box location when the visitor arrives on the homepage.

Thank you for taking interest in our theme. No, unfortunately, that is not an option, you are choosing location from dropdown list of already created places on those location. Basically, there is no benefits of recognizing current location, if there is no places within it, which is the logic we have had when we made search fields.

Hi all – this is really beautifully done – really love the design aesthetics – looks super high end – and would love to buy. I’m curious if you have any planned features upcoming – especially relative to incorporating (or styling) some of the most popular wp job manager related extensions to play well with city rama?
I’m surprised this hasn’t sold really, really well, as it certainly is one of the best looking directory themes I’ve seen (and own pretty much all of them – this feels like it ought to be selling a ton – think you may find that some of the folks who are using some of the analog TF directory themes (running the same basic suite of plugins you are supporting here) would buy this in a heartbeat – if it supported some (or most) of the extended set of plugins we’re using already. (it looks like bookmarks/claim/et al – aren’t natively supported here – which feels like a peculiar decision, relative to their popularity – and utility – on running a directory in the real world)
Really love the designs here though – if I could simply switch from one of the others to this without missing features – would be an easy decision – sure lots of others would agree!

We are using Wp Job Manger plugin and we added compatibility for some extensions https://www.screencast.com/t/KEfJQmlp such as WooCommerce Paid Listings plugin.
We are very glad to hear such a positive reactions, we put huge effort to make our theme looks modern and to cover all necessary functionalities.
We didn’t integrated claim listing functionality, so if you want to extend theme functionality in that way you need to use some 3rd party plugin.
We could recommend to Check out Cityrama’s user dashboard by singing in from the front end of the demo website with the folowing credentials

On that way, you’ll be able to see how adding places looks like.
We are tracking all suggestions from our customers and potential customers so we could improve our theme in some of future updates, if there are numerous requests for some feature adding.

A quick question about adding listings/user dashboard access from mobile and smaller devices: It appears that the “add a place” and account icon disappear on smaller screens on the demo – meaning that folks who access a cityrama directory on the go (on mobile) aren’t going to see those icons/menu items.
Is there an option to have those navigational menu items appear on the left menu on mobile – styled in the same way?
(those menu prompts, (add a listing/create a listing/my account/etc) in my experience with many directory themes on live projects - are some of the most important on a directory community - especially for business owners - and on mobile - i'm not seeing how I'd arrive at submitting a listing or accessing the account pages otherwise.(which look awesome, by the way – again – the styling I love through and through) Thanks

You are welcome. We didn’t add these widgets in Mobile Widget area because of lack of space on smaller mobile headers. Anyway, you are able to add Select button widget with link to Add a place page, just like on desktop, and with some custom css it could looks like here https://www.screencast.com/t/IIGxDuSV And since you are redirected to login/register page if you are not logged in, then this button should be enough.

1) & 2) Custom Listing Packages could be made with plugin WP Job Manager – WooCommerce Paid Listings which needs to be purchased separately.
3) Well, plugin offers Feature Listing functionality but unfortunately it is not currently implemented in our listing.
4) There is no such an option, since anyone can register to your site.
5) Unfortunately, there is no option for that, but maybe you could achieve that with some extension, just note we didn’t test our theme with that plugin so we cannot confirm compatibility.
6) Like in previous answer, we didn’t test our theme with that plugin.
7) Yes Listing’s status could be set as Draft ( unpublished ) at any moment.
Each Listing could be managed to be desired advertisement and for Listing fields which you don’t want to use, you could just leave those fields blank.
9) Unfortunately, there is no option for that.
10) No, it is not part of the theme. Although you could try with some 3rd party plugins for that purpose.
11) Yes, they can contact via e-mail, or reviews or contact business form.
12) This Claim listing functionality that additional WP Job manager add-on.
13) There is no spam filtering, but each Listing needs to be moderated first so you can check for spam Listings.
14) Yes, Admin can add listing from dashboard.
15) Admin could manage user roles of the users that are registered. Users with different roles has different privileges on the site, partial access to the dashboard, etc.
16) All users can register, and all of them are allowed to submit a Listing, but you can moderate each Listing before publishing.

Hello. How can I make a relationship some attribute and field for some category like: if food and drink – display the kitchen and type of institution (bar, nightclub, or sushi bar),
if a car limit the choice only the brand of the car and display field for this category ( brand, type of engine, door and other features for car)? When choosing a car to display the model of the brand, if i choose a brand of car, show only model of this brand. If a real estate show fields – count of room, bath, year of build and condition. Etc..
it is like a ACF (Advanced Custom Fields) but how I can make relation of this types, categories and field and display in front end.
Because if a customer what make a listing of spa, but in front end show don’ t needed categories f and fields or him like type of kitchen or some tag of museum, if his want create spa listing. Thanks

Cityrama is adopted to use WP job manager plugin so theme functionality is using already existing plugin functionality, and if you need extending this, first check if there is maybe extension available, and if not you will need to modify both the plugin and the theme, and that will involve some custom work, and modifications.

Also, when I click the “contact this business” the form that pops up doesn’t look right. It looks as if the form fields aren’t picking up the proper styling and it’s throwing things off a bit.

I was really looking for a theme like this, but missing some interactive aspects for site users. Are you planning to incorporate a ‘rating system’ (give stars to a listing) and ‘add to favorites’ method (so they’ll have a list of favorites) for registered users? Since your suggestion really sounds good, I’ll pass it to development team behind this theme so they can see if this maybe can and should be integrated by our side.

Hi ! Seems to be the theme i’m searching for a long time ! But in the demos there’s only one place added, and so the listings don’t work… i can send you caps if you need…). 2. On this listing single “Food zone” (http://cityrama.select-themes.com/place/food-zone/), there are “Property tags”. When I click on these property tags, it’s supposed to send me to a property list with the same tag, isn’t it ?
3. For example, if i click on the property tag “Fast food”, it opens a property tag archive for all the places tagged with “Fast-food”, isn’ it ? But it doesn’t : See this page http://cityrama.select-themes.com/listing-tag/fast-food/
4. And it’s the same for all property tags and all the listings page you have in the menu…

Property tags are unique only for that property and they can be defined by the user. They basically show what that property offers, and they are not the same as listing tags, which will show all locations when you access listing from home page for example http://cityrama.select-themes.com/listing-type/entertainment/ .
