I have bought Veggie theme and I need some support.
I have tried to create ticket on support forum for this theme, but even I can`t register on your support site – every time I try to use some user name, its answer, that his name already used, even I use like this asdfsd123212j1231. So I am writing you in this mail for asking your help.
I tried to install Veggie theme so many time but it doesn’t show me the website like your demo.
1. When I try to install demo content according with installation instruction , its show that Installing and no happened for a half-hour and more… 2. I’m trying to use the WordPress customizer by clicking the WP top bar on the front end but it gives me this error:

Hello we are having issues with the hook plugin. We switched it over from the test server to the clients server we get error messages throughtout the front end and back end of the website. If we deactivate the hook plugin we do not get error messages. The issue is I need the features from the plugin.

Greetings, Today we found out that our webpage, which is using veggie theme, has lost some pages and media. Via hosting Cpanel we found Virus, in the 404.php file. Virus: php malware agent – 6370201-0
any workaround?

Tried installing on WP 4.9 and it isn’t working at all. Tried importing the demo data and whole page got broke. Paragraphs are appearing as short-codes. Demo import definitely not working with 4.9. Please help!

Hi, i just bought your theme but I found there are many things missing in the documentation file. First of all i’d like to know how to put my social icons in the right top header. I can’t find the settings for that position. Then i need to know how to set my location in the Veggie Gresh G-map. Its settings only allow me to set the zoom level but not the coordinates nor the address. Hope you can help me. Thanks in advance.

Same issue as a few more on this thread. Everything is installed and up except for the “Slider files” in the DEMO folder. If you try and unzip them or use them they are corrupted files. Can you fix this and update the download from Themeforest?

Thank you… I have actually gotten a .zip repair tool and was able to fix the corrupted zip files. I would suggest that you fix the files for others in the download. I tried different times and the zip files in that folder are defiantly corrupted. Thanks again!

this theme is not good at all. Import is not complete. Slider zip files cant be uploaded nor unzipped. Dont buy

It may be the issues with server settings where maximum uploading size has been defined, and the size of demo content and the slider zip is bigger than that. You can either change the settings and try it again or You can go for FREE INSTALLATION which is only for first 50 customers. Our experts are there to set your demo up for you.
