I’d ask you about the theme’s license.
Do I need to renew my purchase if I’m planning to start using new domain for my website? All the content will stay on the same server but we’ve changed our business name and need to buy a new domain.

Hi Jakub,
You can use the same license. Because the website is used for the same business but only the domain name is changed you do not have to buy a new license. Please note that the website do need to be removed from the old domain name, so you don’t use the theme on 2 domain names.

Hi – I’ve updated this theme and it required plugin updates, all of which were fine expect Advanced Custom Fields Pro (the non-pro version is installed too but doesn’t suffice). I don’t know what’s going on with this plugin – it won’t let me update, then it says it is up to date, then it isn’t. If enable – the home page displays correctly but I cannot edit the sections I’ve added to the home page in the editor – I get 500 errors on ajax scripts in admin. If I disable, I can edit again but homepage is wrecked 
My support has expired – what should I do? I feel like I shouldn’t need to pay for updates to work. Thanks.

In that case the width of the container wrapper need to be reduced. This is possible to change for all screen sizes. But please note that if you reduce the container width for the header only the width will be different than the content and footer area.
If you want to change it for the header part only please use the following CSS:
@media (min-width: 1200px) { .header .container { width: 1170px; } } @media (min-width: 992px) { .header .container { width: 970px; } } @media (min-width: 768px) { .header .container { width: 750px; } }
To change it for all area’s (so the entire theme container will be smaller) please use the following CSS:
@media (min-width: 1200px) { .container { width: 1170px; } } @media (min-width: 992px) { .container { width: 970px; } } @media (min-width: 768px) { .container { width: 750px; } }
Please add the CSS via Appearance > Customize > Theme Options > Custom CSS and change the width’s to a lower value to reduce the width.

I been trying for month to make the BOOKED plgin work with no results, can someone advice?

Sure
First of all please make sure you have installed the latest plugin version of Booked. You can do this by navigating to the plugins tab in the admin menu and click the ‘Check for updates’ link at the Booked plugin item.
The booking plugin works with timeslots. You can add timeslots via Appointents -> Settings -> Time Slots. After you have added some timeslots you can add the appointment calendar with the ‘Appointment’ widget to a page with the page builder. And the appointment booking function will work straight out of the box.

Hi thanks for your help, I really, really appreciate, the pluging is working in the sense that i can see the calendar , choose an appointment, the issue is the email, I’m not getting the emails as if i was customer or the doctor, NOT receiving anything, i’ve done everything as instructed but still not working. Any advice?

i already did upload image but it doesnt show up something is on top of it
Please note that this background image option is only visible when using the boxed theme version ( Appearance > Customize > Theme Options > Layout ).
If you’re using the ‘Wide’ (default) layout you can add a background image with CSS. The image need to be uploaded first under the Media tab.
Please see this link to see which CSS you need to use to set the background for the correct type of image you’re going to use.

You can add the CSS via Appearance > Customize > Theme Options > Custom CSS.
The CSS depends on if you’re going to use a large picture as background or a small repeatable (pattern) image.
If you’re going to use a large image as background use this:
body .layout-boxed { background: url(your-image-path-here); background-size: cover; background-attachment: fixed; }
If you’re going to use a small repeatable image (for a pattern) use this:
body .layout-boxed { background: url(your-image-path-here); background-repeat: repeat; }
Please change the path of the background to the path of the image.

1. The pictures we used in the theme demo are not included in the theme. All images are replaced with placeholder. The images can be purchased on Adobe Stock
2. Yes, you can set the width of the logo in pixels.
3. You can always download updates for the theme, without any extra costs. $59 is the price for the theme and 6-months of item support period. After these 6-months you can extend the support period.

I tried all – but found that if I rename the image – it worked – go figure? But still has some weird artifacts on website that are not in the image.

I have an issue I am struggling with. I want to remove the white gap below the home page banner and pull the first row on the page upwards – preferrable on top of the banner to make it look like 3 content boxes on a banner towards the bottom of banner. That will be possible if you edit the row, click the ‘Attributes’ panel and add the following within the CSS styles textarea:
position: relative; margin-top: -60px;
For each icon box, edit the widget, click the ‘Attributes’ panel and add the following:
CSS styles = margin-top: -130px;
Mobile CSS styles = margin-top: 0px;
That should do the trick.

Hi. we bought your theme and generally we like it! But we have an issue with how the site displays on a mobile device, particularly a phone. The top bar and widgets come at top and users on a phone then cannot see if a new page has loaded when they navigate to a new page. Now, we know there are settings in each page to choose to ‘hide or show’ these, but the problem is, these things DO LOOK GOOD on a desktop, and we would like to show them on desktop, BUT NOT ON A PHONE – so, can we in any way set things so top bar, widgets etc only show on desktop? If you navigate to Appearance > Customize > Theme Options > Topbar you can select ‘Hide (only mobile)’. Now the topbar will only be displayed on desktop.
To hide the contact widgets in the header for mobile please navigate to Appearance > Customize > Theme Options > Custom CSS and add the following in to the textarea:
@media (max-width: 992px) { .header-widgets { display: none; } }

Presale question till what extent does visual composer work with this theme?

Thank you for your interest in the theme!
Visual Composer is not fully supported, but will still work partly. All the shortcodes that come as default in Visual Composer will work straight out of the box, but doesn’t have a custom theme styling.
Our custom widgets we made, like the news block, testimonials and some others (mostly on the front page of the theme demo) are not available in Visual Composer.

hello,
i have big problems with images which are sometimes unsharp and blurred. I used all the predefined sizes from your images. I think it happens because of the column calculation of the page builder or your image size calculation in code for images (min-width: 781px) 360px, calc(100vw – 30px).
