As for the second one – there are no issues reported by other customers. It could be specific to your install (your server settings, conflict with other plugins, etc ). To help you with this issue, please submit a ticket.

Nope, we don’t use Bootstrap in our theme. We use Visual Composers grid system, it’s very close to Bootstrap.

We purchased and installed your theme however, none of the demo content shown on the theme demo imported. There are only 8 pages, all with different content than the theme demo.

But none our pages look like the ‘About’ pages, or ‘Contact’ pages that are showcased in the theme demo.

On this page https://argenta.colabr.io/demo_03/ is it possible to have multiple images as a scroll down rather than the horizontal carousel? much like this page https://argenta.colabr.io/demo_06/project/interior-rendering/ but with the closing box in the top right corner..? hope that makes sense. One more question: This same carousel (on page https://argenta.colabr.io/demo_03/) can it loop..? at the moment when you get to the last slide it stops and only way to view again is to click on the left arrow to go backwards.

With the portfolio pages, is it possible to place the ‘Previous Project’ arrow, ‘Next Project’ arrow and ‘All Items’ icon at the top of the page? all the examples I have checked place this navigation at the bottom.

As for large image area, we call it header title in our theme. To hide it just go to Theme Settings / Portfolio / Header Title and toggle Yes / No checkbox to hide header title from all project pages

What about your first question – yes, you can turn it off. What about second one – the size of your portfolio grid images will depend of how many columns will you assign in your grid (it could be 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 column grid). So all the images will be stretched automatically to this grid size.

How could i install the visual composer?
After activating the theme, you will be offered to install all the necessary plugins. Click Install and plugins will be installed, including Visual Composer. If you need a more recent version without an update, simply uninstall and install the plugin again – the theme will download the latest version for you.

Looking at your theme, I have 3 questions re features:
1. Does the theme include modal windows?
2. Does the theme offer the option of slide panels?
3. Portfolio Groups In our website www.technologix.ca we are able to group portfolio items, and then select individual portfolio groups for display. Each group will have its own set of tags for filtering.
In our case it makes sense to group projects by industry (chemicals, food, transportation, etc.) and also by subject (inventory, planning, routing, etc.) Does your portfolio component allow us to do something like that?

2. Perhaps I didn’t understand you well, but our theme supports many types of sliders, split screen slider and RevSlider.
3. Yes, you can select needed categories for portfolio and make custom portfolio page with selected categories, but it’s will be supported in new version (the update will be available within 1-2 days).

Hello, I love the theme. I have a few pre sales question. 1. In the portfolio, can you decide if the portfolio opens the single project in the popup (as it does most of the time in your demo) and could you choose on another page for a portfolio item to open on a separate page (Like the single project options in your demo)? 2. In the single portfolio page where there is an icon to go back to the main portfolio. I will have multiple categories within the portfolio, could I change this to go to a portfolio category page and not just the main portfolio page. Thanks so much for your help!

What about your first issue – there is an option in portfolio settings where you can choose the way of how the portfolio details will be opened (in a popup or in a separate page). So you can set up it the way you want.
What about second one – portfolio categories serve to sort out portfolio, they work as tags. So there’s no separate page for single portfolio category at all. In your case you can just create several portfolio pages (using portfolio shortcode) and link them to main portfolio page (use banner boxes for example). In this way you will solve your issue when users will be able to get back to the single category.

You can add an external project link to those portfolio items which you want to be open with full detailes on separate page. So you will have a portfolio page where all the items will be opened in popup, but some of the items will have a link to a full detailed page. We think that this will be the best way not to confuse your website users.

Hello! Yep, Ticksy have some problems.
If I understand you correctly, then you need to go to Dashboard > Appearance > Menus and in the needed parent select the setting “Enable wide menu”. All child items will line up the way you need.
We know about background image. We wanted to make this functionality, but it’s temporarily unavailable. Unfortunately, for correct work we need to spend a lot of time, but we are very limited in time.
