Hello, how to copy and paste an item from one page to another page. Indeed, there is an element of the page that I would like to reproduce identically, and I would like to be able to copy / paste it on a new page. I did not find how to do it. Thank you for your help.

Currently, if you need to mix the layouts, please follow the instructions below:
1. Please, open the page editor of the layout from which you need to take some part.br> Please, remove all the unnecessary elements keeping the content you are interested in.br> After this, please witch to the ‘Classic mode’ and copy the shortcode of the content.br>
Copy the shortcode you’ve received.br>
You may NOT save changes, only copy the code and refresh the page. so you’ll keep the page as it was before.br>
2. Please go to Pages > New page > and by switching to classic mode, please paste the shortcode you’ve copied and switch back to the ‘backend’ editor.br>
So you’ll get the copied content on a new page.br>
3. The same content can be added to the already existing page. Simply switch to classic mode, find the end of the short code and paste the copied one and switch to backnend editor.br> By drag and drop you may chnage the position of the new elements.br>

Hello!! I’ve tried to replace the font Montserrat and Open Sans in the theme with Lato, but certain texts (like titles, description and other texts in portfolio, menus, etc) haven’t changed. I did it in “Customize”. Could you help me please?

1. As for the ‘site logo’, the requested title for the URL can be changed in the following file:
\wp-content\themes\dfd_native\templates\section-header.php
Please find the line 633:
. '<a href="'.esc_url(home_url('/')).'" title="'.esc_attr__('Site logo','dfd-native').'">';</a>
and replace the ‘Site logo’ text with the one you need.We’d recommend you to back up the modified file on your PC to be able to re-upload it after theme update.
Please let us know if our help is needed.
2. The header logo is displayed in the original sizes within our theme. Please submit a ticket in our support center and we’ll check it for you.

Since we installed the theme on our website it has been running exceptionally slow. We even tried disabling plugins but it didn’t help. Is there something else you can recommend and are others having the same issue?

I am currently logged in to the theme’s support center here: http://nativewptheme.net/support/. My user name is the same email I used with envato. I had to enter my purchase code to sign up. I definitely sent the tickets, I got the green confirmation that my ticket had been submitted each time, and I’ve tried this from different browsers. I’ll reach out over the envato forum for now. Should all future requests of through Envato? I feel like I’ve missed out on some of the support I paid for just waiting for responses. Can you please extend my license?

Hi there,
I’ve just installed the Native theme and I’ve just started testing things by adding a new page, but the visual composer is not working. I try to enter the frontend editor but i can only see the loading animation so I’m totally stuck in here. It looks like the plugin is outdated or at least there’s a new version that I don’t have acces to it. Are you providing the latest version anytime soon? (I’m using the latest version of Chrome on Mac).

I’m not sure if anybody has already encountered this issue, but when I click on a dfd-tab that has a little longer content than the active one after refresh it doesn’t align the height of the parent div to the long text so it floats out the box and looks ugly.
