1. How can i remove the top overlay. i need to see the pictures as they are. 2. Can i see the full list of available icons? the correspondence between ionicons.css and icons listed on ionicons.com is not so obvious to me.

It’s a HTML template, but that doesn’t mean it doesn’t include CSS, JS, and PHP -files !...

I can’t provide the assistance for PHP, but as I written you in the previous message, you can find a lot of online tutorials to setup the contact form with PHP, it’s very simple.
This HTML Template doesn’t include the PHP files, as you can read in the item details there are only HTML Files, CSS Files, JS Files.

Very disappointed about the support. I don’t know why I extended it to 12 months when there’s none really.
I bought lots of other html templates and in 100% of them the form is normally working as it should with php file included.
I know how to get the form working with a custom php file, but that should work outof the box, as ALL other similar templates do.
I hope you provide some helpful response or even better a proper php file that makes the form work. This way I might postpone my rating, and even end up giving you a five star rating 
Even disappointed? You have extended the support to 12 months for 1.88$, do you realize? It doesn’t seem so bad. And you bought an HTML Template for only 9$, while most templates on ThemeForest cost from 15$ to 30$, so you should not complain.
If you know how to get the form working, why don’t you get it? I don’t understand what you mean with “but that should work outof the box, as ALL other similar templates do”. I repeat you again that you can find a lot of online tutorials to setup correctly the contact form with PHP and there are a few lines of code, where you put your email address where you want receive the emails, I don’t see the problem and the difficulty.

1) I removed some of the sections, but now there’s a very big gap between two of the remaining sections: “services” and “contact”. Is it possible to reduce that gap significantly?
2) Is it possible to drop the overlay text when a project is displayed in detail?

1) It’s a padding issue. You have to remove, for example, the class “padding-top” from the contact section.
2) Of course. You have to add animation to the classes ”.mfp-bottom-bar h3” and ”.mfp-bottom-bar p” in CSS.

I bought this item yesterday, but I guess some problem ocurred in delivery because when I bought I wasn’t with my account confirmed yet.
And after my purchase, Envato send me an e-mail to confirm my account and consequently my purchase.
But I can’t see the item for download in my profile and this purchase is confirmed by PayPal.

Everything is going well with your template. Thanks for designing it.
For whatever reason, the website it not loading the main background image for the landing page owl.carousel.js image(s) (I only have one that I’m using).
The image was working well the entire time, but for whatever reason, its not currently working. I’m not sure whats happened.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Please, check that you haven’t removed the script in the footer (specially supersized.3.2.7.min.js, owl.carousel.min.js and main.js).
Did you edit main.js file? Also check that the images are physically situated in the server and in the correct path.

I don’t think the problem depends on environment. Instead, It is probable that it depends on your server. Please check the image permission is correctly set as “public”.

Maybe I have found the problem. In your code you have deleted the apices. Be sure that path of your image is included between the apices, like the following code:
