Please note that in the themes you purchase and downloaded on ThemeForest, the images/videos are not included, it works the same way for 99% of the themes available here (except for themes that uses their own images). It’s described in the theme description page as well.

Regarding performance, there are a few things you can do after you finish your website. For example, there are several different ways to compress and combine the assets, this is probably the easiest way: http://www.okler.net/forums/topic/minify-php-how-to-combine-minify-and-cache-javascript-and-css-files-on-demand/
The images can also be improved, consider to export them in a lower quality. JPG 80% is good enough.
Regarding the cache, this is the right way to do that: https://developers.google.com/speed/docs/insights/LeverageBrowserCaching
You can also remove the plugins that you will never use in any page and combine/compress all the other scripts so it will cache the resources and make it much better in performance in any other page.
It works the same way for all HTML templates. All files come uncompressed to make it easy to edit and customize, and then when you finish your website you can make the improvements.

Hi,i bought your theme. And i want to use your shop 17 and make only two pages. First is main page, second is contact. But i have 184 product , can i make lazy load for home page. Because if all the products will open at homepage , homepage will be maybe 10 mb or 30 mb. Site speed will be very slow. So i need scroll loading or lazy load. How can i do this ?

I have purchaed your theme a while back but am finally getting around to use it, but to my surprise I cannot open the quick view for product view… as on your main live demo you have a modal/lightbox quick detailed view for your product upon clicking that opens up on the same page.
I don’t think the AJAX is working, as it says “the content cannot be loaded”
This is a big issue for me and wondering if you can respond back with a fix in a prompt timely manner!

2. Each license ($16) is valid for a single project in a single domain, if you work in a new project (another website using Porto) you need a new license.

Your temple is really customize, but I can´t find what I need!! It can the top where is the logo always is in white or black on the dark version, I will need the background where is the logo to be green and the menu buttons in white, is this is posible? do you have an example? thanks

To make that i just changed the logo color and added around 10 line of CSS code to change the color of menu items. It’s very easy to make small modifications on Porto.

Hi, bought this template this morning. after i download the file and extract it, there is two folder2: HTML and Documentation. I try to find the index file which exactly will display the main page of the theme. but it seems like there is no main page/ index…is this normal? or i need to setup something? pls help asap….tq
Hello, thanks for your purchase. This don’t is normal. The index.html should be inside the folder HTML, please open the package again and you will see that the file index.html is inside the folder HTML.
