I’m having some trouble installing the theme to wordpress

In the EMI Calculator, Rate of Interest is based on Per Annum. But I need Per Month based Interest Rate.

I have changed the line var rateOfInterest = $(”#roi_value”).html(); to var rateOfInterest = $(”#roi_value”).html() * 12; in the calculator.js file. But it doesn’t work.

Please help. Where and how to make proper changes to suit my requirement. Thanks!
