Hi there, the CSS is enqueued on admin pages only and doesn’t cause error on the main front pages. It’s only used as the WYSIWYG style matching your Customizer settings. So, there would be no issue on your front pages.
If you still want to resolve this, can you send a screenshot of the error message?
Thanks for responding. How do I get the font to display at 100% or larger font? Is it possible to change especially the body text size? Or can you tell me what was the original font that came with this theme?
It uses Karla, from Google Fonts. You can change the font size via Custom CSS.

Hi, you should upload the “new” image from WP Dashboard > Media > Add New, after uploaded, select the image and copy the Image URL.
After that, go to your Menu Settings or your topbar text setting (via Customizer). Add this tag into the text: <img src=”PASTE THE URL HERE” >

Hi, you can add this tag into your menu item text and topbar text: <img href=”[URL to your image]”>
There is a CSS bug with the multi-tab below the product description. I updated the primrose theme today but it didn’t correct it. thanks for your help

Hi guys! the theme is very nice, fast and easy to customize. But we are having a problem, the image of featured products look kind of blurred at Home or Shop page, it requires you enter each product page to use the magnifier so it loads the full ress image, and then when you get back to Shop page you do get to see a nice detailed image of featured products, how can we fix this?

In “Products in a category” filter the category is empty. The categories do not appear. What is wrong?
Yes, empty category would not be displayed, I think that is the standard way how WooCommerce handles the empty category query.
I have categories. I want to select one of them in order for the items in this category to appear. But the drop down in the page builder is empty. I click on it and instead of presenting my categories it does nothing.

I really love your theme! I’m using it as an affiliate shop. Is it possible to link the product images directly to the merchant sites instead of linking them to the single product pages? No it does not work. I have the last version of the theme. Images are just shown with a kind of vertical align. Like stacked demo on your site with a smartphone.
Stacked images are supposed to be like that. How do you want it to look like?

No, the demo site was once wrong and we fixed it. Please clear your browser cache or view with another browser. Stacked images should be shown with images aligned vertical without any slider or zoom.

It’s the new default WooCommerce slider. You can simply set your products gallery model to “Default”.

Hi the Instagram feed at the bottom is a global configuration. You can hide it on certain pages with a CSS.

Hi Bruno, you need to apply custom CSS, as there is no option for that. You can create a new ticket on our support forum (but it seems your support period is already expired).
If you want to apply more changes, you might need to hire a CSS guy.

Hi, I just bought the theme, installed it and wanted to import demo data but get this error message:
An error occurred while fetching file from: http:/xxx.xxxxx.com/wp-content/themes/primrose/demo/default/customizer.ser! Reason: 404 – Not Found.
It’s a fresh install of wordpress. Tried a reinstall and before the Woocommerce wizzard. No luck.

After redownload, go to your WordPress admin page, Appearance > Themes. Activate other theme for temporary use (e.g. 2017 or 2016), delete Primrose and then upload the latest theme zip file, and activate Primrose again.
Great theme! I would like to set up a homepage as follows: Take the blog page, with Post Excerpts to the left and a sidebar to the right, but add the homepage photo grid above these. (In other words, move the linkable photo grid to the top of the blog page). Would this be possible and is it difficult to do? Thank you.
Hi, unfortunately it’s not possible to combine photo grid on the demo home page and the blog layout. We would consider to add this feature on the next release as we already got some similar requests.

Seems my support has expired but I would like to report an update error with the Primrose theme.

How do I enable the lightbox OR just go back to the thumbnail gallery?

It seems you use “Stacked” images gallery model, which doesn’t support lightbox.
You can change the gallery model back to WooCommerce default in the Appearance > Customize > Shop > Gallery model. Or if you have specifically change on each product settings, you can go to product edit page and find the “Gallery model” metabox on the right hand side.

Hi SingleStoke here you told us we could get this adjustment with Custom CSS but we went to get a Support Ticket and we were told it is not possible to change the postion of Shop side bar from right to left, how can we get this adjustment? Is there any other way to do it? Thanks
