Very nice theme, however for some reason when a forum has a new post we see this: https://gyazo.com/5227c3def689e4be9d886e5cba3573f3 In a forum that is already read everything is fine. Also the breadcrumb data from data-vocabulary.org is no longer available.

hmm thought I had updated all the files, seems like I forgot to move one over, thanks, problem solved now.

It doesn’t look like the theme has been installed correctly. Can you confirm that you have uploaded all of the HTML and CSS files?
Can you also clear your browser cache (Ctrl+F5 or CMD+R) and let me know if this helps?

I have tried re-uploading the files and hiting CTRL+F5 to reload cache. I have also reloaded the Cache on the Admin panel.

HI, What are the recommended size for images for the forums in grid mode

Any size image will work, as the theme will automatically scale it to fit depending on your end users’ device size. Generally higher resolution images that are landscape work better
Is there a way to add a banner on a recruitment forum that says : “Click here to start writing your application” and when it is clicked it automatically opens a new page with the questions you need to answer and you can submit your application? I used to have this but with the new theme it’s gone

First you need to upload your grid images to the ‘images’ folder in your phpBB installation. Then next to each forum in the ACP you should see a green cog icon. If you click this, you can then link to the forum image from the ‘forum image’ field.
For example, if your image is uploaded to: yourforum.com/images/grid1.png , in the ‘forum image’ box you’d need to enter:
images/grid1.png

This is impossible to achieve as the visible area of each grid varies depending on your end users’ device, resolution, and other factors such as whether you have sidebars enabled or fluid / boxed layout etc.

Regarding advertisements, these can be added to the sidebar through the extension that comes with the theme. Other advertisements would need to be added using advertisement extensions.
As for extension support, the Milk Theme supports all phpBB hooks/events, so there shouldn’t be any issues running any extensions

Thanks for your question. The social icons in the footer can be added in the flightdeck extension using HTML code block #3 . There is sample code in the documentation that you can use to get you started

@DemoneGuardiano, You can change “Hi” into “Ciao” in/styles/Milk/template/sidebar_left.html. At line 43 I suppose.

I’d really like this theme but there’s something that I ‘m not able to change. In the left sidebar we have the user profile, I need to change the ” Hi, username” with the italian translation ” Ciao, username”.

Re: The topic type pins, the ones you see in the demo were from our previous release. They were updated in the most recent release to fix a display issue in some layouts – we just haven’t updated the demo yet
