Hello, for some reason, when I buy products, the Products are not showing in the “product” page. All it is saying is “Your cart is empty” This is happening only for mobile/tablet devices. What is the issue? Thanks

I don’t have an accurate answer about the plugin you’re mentioning, we haven’t tested recently. For the second one, yes, you can install the theme on multiple domains but the license activation for receiving update can be done on one site at a time. Now getting back to the plugin compatibility, if that’s the only concern, you should go with it and if you figure you won’t be able to use it for your project I can confirm a refund with no other questions.

Hi, is it possible to use an other Lightbox then the build in one?

This theme works with Visual Composer plugin which is a great page builder. This plugin is included in the theme package and allows you to add different elements to products, pages blog posts or portfolio items. Hi, thank you for your work, great theme and works great with RTL sites. i have small issue in changing the notification position when i add new product to cart, the .woocommerce-info slides from right and then disappears, can you help me making the box slides from the left side of the page? this way it will make sense in RTL site; the box appears under the cart icon. regards

Hi, I have been using Shopkeeper for a long time now and have been really happy! But, after version 2.0.10 i can’t update the theme because it breaks my checkout page. it adds this css just to the checkout ” @media (min-width: 1025px) (index):263 #order_review { width: 37.8%; float: right; margin-top: 90px; }”
How can i fix this? Do i really have to pay $21 just for the support of this problem?

That code is part of the checkout page but it works just fine for us on our testing websites. Make sure there isn’t a different custom code conflicting with the theme code or a plugin causing the issue.

You can use the page built in option which allows you to remove the shop pages title: https://shopkeeper.wp-theme.help/hc/en-us/articles/206678929-Pages-How-to-remove-the-page-title For the rest of the pages like product categories, you can only use custom code.

Hi Alexandre, thanks for your feedback. Unfortunately I can’t access this feature when using category links. You know what I mean ?
So my goal is to find how to set “No page title” as defaut option… Or if you could add it somewhere in the theme it would be awesome. For quite a while now I am just deleteing the code each time in the archive-doc file of woocommerce’s theme’s file but it would be much better if we could set the option and if would be saved between updates

On categories pages you can only use custom code to remove the title. That option only works for Shop listing, My account, Cart and Checkout.

Just make sure your last row has 0px margin and padding. Also the two columns of the last row should have 0px padding and margin. If this still won’t work, then you can use custom code to fix the gap.

For some reason I can not change the text color in the visual composer inside a normal text box. Any way to fix this? I click the ‘text color’ button but nothing happens

Hi, we are working with a customer who purchased this theme directly. They wanted to change the language from “cart” to “bag” which we did but now icons still show cart and we want to change the icon to bag icon. I know you use “shopkeeper-icon-font” for icons, is it possible to add a bag icon to this font or replace the cart somehow? We are happy to pay to cover this cost. I know we can upload our own icon but it doesn’t change it on all of pages and we also like the search icon and account icon so want to keep the same layout and just change the cart to bag icon. Hopefully I got your question right. You can change the header icons using the theme built in option. You only need to upload your own icon image. For that, navigate to Shopkeeper > Customize > Header > Header elements and look for the option to change the cart icon.

Hey Adrian just a heads up with the latest update 2.2.4 the woocommerce slide out Notification messages still rolling on top of each others in the chckout page when there is more than one as you load the page and it’s transparent in color While on all other pages it’s the accent color . I feel if there is a button to keep Notification always visible . shouldn’t that make them show up like the old woocommerce style at the top of the page under each other ?? just a thought thanks

This is a great theme but we have a few issues:
1. The mobile hamburger menu on devices running 9.3.5 and below do not work. When you tap on the hamburger menu, there is no action.
2. When we set $0.00 on a product, Woocommerce would default to putting FREE as the price but on the theme is still shows as $0.00. Any way to fix that?

Thanks for letting us know about the troubles you’re facing using an older version of IOS. We do have in mind testing the theme with older versions of Iphone and IOS for a following theme update. Shopkeeper is often tested with newest versions of IOS (and other OS) which we also recommend mostly for security reasons.

New version release and still no fix to the select drop down for variation product in mobile. I can’t believe it’s taking this long to fix it and that you guys don’t even see the problem. I wouldn’t recommend anyone buy this theme to solely use only parts of it. That would be ridiculous.

My Shopkeeper – eCommerce WP Theme for Woo Commerce wouldn’t upload on word press and the email you send me to try doesn’t work either.
