2. Does RT-19 have THAI fonts?
3. I have zero knowledge about web builder, but after I read articles about Wordpress, I feel confident that I can create my own website. My plan is to purchase Theme RT-19, use its templates without any alterations, put it on my hosting (in Thailand), and start uploading contents. Do you think this is possible? Or are there any aspects that I have to consider before doing website myself?
4. I plan to purchase Regular license which I will get 6 months support. 4.1 But after that, will I still be able to get new updates (like solving bugs, upgrading version for better security and so on)? 4.2 What if 2-3 years pass and I want to 1:1 support, can I just pay support fee?

1) Here are the requirements http://docs.rtthemes.com/document/requirements/ It is pretty much the same with all WordPress theme.
2) You can use all Google fonts. Also, there is an option to use custom, self-hosted fonts.
3) You can import a demo you like then start editing. It is pretty straightforward and there are a lot of documentation and tutorials about the builder.
4) The regular license is just fine! Updates will always be free. If you need any extra support when your support package expired, you can extend it.
5) Your hosting package seems ok. Install WordPress to your hosting space manually or use their auto installations if it is available then upload the theme.

Hi there, I’m using the RT Theme-19 theme on one of my sites and realised that the dropdown menus don’t work properly on tablets. If the parent menu item has a page associated with it, then the site starts loading that page right after the user taps on the main menu item so he cannot drill down to the sub-menus. This causes the visitors not being able to access certain pages if browsing on a tablet. You can replicate this issue with your demos as well – I’ve tried it with the construction – factory demo (e.g. accessing the Catalog > Product Categories > Category 2 page is pretty much impossible). Can you please advise on this issue and suggest a viable solution that works on tablets as well? Thanks, Peter

Sorry for the late reply. Sure I can open a support request on the above site, but since this is an issue with the theme, and not my implementation, I’d really appreciate if you could provide some info / fix here too. You can see this issue happening on your demo pages as well. As I mentioned above just open the Construction demo on an iPad and try to access pages in any of the sub-menu items in the main menu. Hi, when i load the woocommerce single product page unless the resized product image also a full sized image is loading which appear only when i put the mouse over the image. Can i disable this so as to load faster and use less bytes? How can i also disable the related products which appear at the bottom of woo product page? Thanks.

There are two product image gallery options available for the theme. ( see Customize -> WooCommerce Options -> Single Product Page / Product Image Gallery Style ) If you select the “Plugin’s Default Gallery” the gallery images will be resized following the settings in WooCommerce -> Products (main tab) -> Display (sub tab) / Product images section. Don’t forget to regenerate thumbnails as stated on the page.
If you select the other gallery option, the images will be resized automatically.

First of all, great theme, very flexible, easy to customise.
I’m setting up a site for a client. She provided this theme. All is going well, except two things that I can’t seem to change: 1.) Can you please tell me how and where I can turn off comments on the blog posts? I can’t seem to find the settings for that. I went to Settings > Discussion and unchecked “Allow people to post comments on new articles” but it didn’t help. I also looked at the Customisation options with no aval. 2.) How can I set up / limit the number of social sharing options on the individual post pages? I could only find settings in the Customisation options to show / hide them all. Checking and filling out the social accounts under Social Media options doesn’t seem top have an effect on what icons show up on the single post pages.
If you could help me with the above two issues that would be great!

There are some free plugins that let you use the WooCommerce as a product catalog https://wordpress.org/plugins/search/Woocommerce+Catalog/
Yes, you can use categories in the mega menu and also compatible with WPML.

For the horizontal header designs: Customize > Styling Options > Shortcut Buttons For the vertical header design: Customize > Sidebar Elements > “Shortcut Bar” — select “Do not display” then you can use the WordPress search widget in the sidebar widget area if you’d like to have a search.
