Hi Adrian,
I’m new here, before I made the purchase. The price for this plug in is USD 69, is it a life time subscription?
Can I transfer the subscription? Lets say after I done my testing on a local host wordpress by XAMPP.
Hey @choonghwa,
Once you decide to purchase this theme, you’ll get lifetime updates. Only your support time can expire but this one isn’t related to theme updates.
Yes, this theme is built to be easily transferable once you decide to move it from localhost to live.
I’ll be around if you have other questions
Cheers, Alexandra
My “infinite” pagination does not seem to be working on mobile platform….it just show “loading” and also the number (classic) pagination at the bottom of the screen. Any idea what could wrong ?
Hi Winston,
It does seem to be working fine at this end, we’re not aware about any issues and you’re the first one reporting.
If I remember well you were using a child theme, can you look into that please? Please test if it does the same thing when the parent / original files are active. If yes, then make sure to rule out any plugin issues by temporarily deactivating them.
Cheers! Adrian.
Hi I am not using any child theme. some of the editing function seems not working as well. for instance, i can’t change the font color
Hi, I just want to know if it’s going to be compatible with WooCommerce 3.1.x ? Or is it now? Thanks
Hi @antipirina,
Shopkeeper is compatible with the current version of WooCommerce, so yes, it is compatible now.
Cheers! Adrian.
I no longer can access the additional css form in Appearance > Edit CSS. The page loads, but all that is there is the field for Media width and Preprocessor. I had been using the additional css option in Jetpack, that then got incorporated into Wordpress with version 4.7. Oddly though, if I turn off Jetpack, the menu option “Edit CSS” disappears. I also tried turning off all the plugins. Still no form to modify the additional css.
Myadditional styling that I had done is loading, so I know it’s not lost. I have the latest release of the Shopkeeper template. It’s working on other sites that use different templates. Do you have any suggestions?
Hi @annaborgia,
I think that CSS section was powered by a plugin, Jetpack or some other plugin you may have been using. It is not related to the theme so I am not sure how can I help. The themes field for additional CSS is under Appearance > Customize > Custom Code > Custom CSS.
You should look into the plugin your using and try to think back if you’ve made any changes recently.
Have a great weekend! Adrian.
Hi, I did some more testing, and by changing themes, the css field shows up in the Shopkeeper / Customize / Additional CSS tab. I prefer to use it, since it has versioning, where the Shopkeeper / Custom Code / Custom CSS do not.
The Additional CSS is pulling from wp_posts table in the WP db where the post_title is “safecss”. Can you please check if the Shopkeeper or it’s Custom CSS is conflicting with this when loading the Customize tabs? Thanks.
I got the Slider Revolution with my purchase but I am unable to update that plugin due to it was purchased with the Shopkeeper. Please help with the updates?
Hello there,
I’ve opened up a support request under your username and sent an email with the latest version.
Have a great weekend! Adrian.
Hi, how long should it take before I get the email with the latest version?
Hi, this is a pre-sale question.. does this theme come with woo-commerce, or do I need to purchase it separately? I see it’s compatible but I don’t see a included features list. Thanks
Hi again,
I got back to you via Facebook, but just to make sure, you won’t have to pay for WooCommerce. It’s free and it gets installed as part of the theme setup.
Cheers! Adrian.
having some issues with the themes compatability with woo commerce. I have been in support with them and we have deducted that there are overrides happening that are causing woo commerce issues:
Here is the screen shot of the plugins that need to be compatible with woo and are not.
It is causing shipping issues and units of products in cart
http://cld.wthms.co/1e4eplwhen will there be the next update?
Hello again,
The screenshot cover the theme’s templates and we’re well aware about those
Can you please tell me which are the plugins you’re using that causes the issues you’re mentioning?
Cheers! Adrian.
Here are the woo plugins are currently using and still testing to see where the issue lies, we have been in support with woo, and this is the most data we have been able to collect. WooCommerce Catalog Visibility Options WooCommerce Dynamic Pricing WooCommerce jQuery Cookie Fix WooCommerce Min/Max Quantities WooCommerce Points and Rewards WooCommerce Print Invoice & Delivery Note WooCommerce Services WooCommerce shop to Facebook WooCommerce USPS Shipping
We are in need of assistance, thank you.
Still no response, we have also submitted the inquiry thru the support.

Shopping for a WooCommere theme? This is Adrian, I’ll be online in the next few hours and I would be happy to help if you have any questions.
Safari issues! The search function and shop filter won’t open in safari on a mac. There are multiple issues with safari. Is a fix for this being worked on’?
Hi @liftwebdev,
You mentioned a few Safari issues but we don’t seem to experience that at our end. Not sure if it’s a caching issue for your or not, we would need to dig deeper into it to be able to figure it out.
Please open up a support request via https://shopkeeper.wp-theme.help we’ll assign one of the developers to check your site, please just make sure to include a link to it and a temporary admin username and password so we can look into your setup.
Cheers! Adrian.
Hi, the version I have downloaded after the payment doesn’t have any product activation option, why is that?
Hi @esmatdk,
Did you follow the Installation & Setup video guide? If you ran into any issues, please ask for help via https://shopkeeper.wp-theme.help Once you submit a support request we’ll assign someone to guide you further.
Cheers! Adrian.
Awesome theme! In love with it!
But I found a bug in the file scripts-dist.js in de js folder. The function Number.isInteger(t) is killing the script in IE! Hopefully it can be resolved in the next update.
OMG ovg, I’ve forwarded your note to our developers. Thanks for providing all the required details.
Cheers! Adrian.
Great, look foward to it, because now it kills my storelocator!
Sure, we’ll look into it right away and make sure to include a fix for the following update if it’s theme related.
Product page layout two doesn’t work in safari. (large image with gallery below) The right column is pushed down below the image. Can this be fixed as I want to use that format?
Also, quick view shows up a as a grey box and text is not readable. I can disable this though, the main issue is the product page not showing the ordering info

Thanks for the reply, I’m on safari on a mac (yosemite) Your page http://shopkeeper.wp-theme.design/shop/ doesn’t allow the filter to open as well as other bugs. Is the them compatible with safari. If so what versions should it support. Thanks
The filters seem to be opening right now on our demo site using the latest version of Safari: https://screencast.com/t/XbZzdAkKNy
Cheers! Adrian.
I also have mr tailor and the filter slide in works on safari with no issues
You’re probably having a caching issues, please try to clear the browser’s cache and maybe even try it on a different device.
Adrian.
Thanks, tried on two computers. I can’t expect all my users to be on the latest safari version though. What version is the theme compatible down to. The images in the product page also look really blurry and there is a loading icon flashing continuously, again only in safari.
Hi, I’ve discovered that the theme only works on the latest version of Safari. V 8 and 9 has various errors. I’ve tried it on five different machines running various versions of safari so not a caching issue and am running the latest theme. The errors are also on your demo page http://shopkeeper.wp-theme.design/shop/.
1. Filter slide in nav does not activate
2. Product shot is blurred and has a loading icon continuously
3. Full width product view, all text for the product is pushed down the page and not visible.
I’ve found another site that runs shopkeeper and these functions work but it looks to be an older version of the theme.
Will these issues be resolved or do I need to look for another option. I have done a lot of work on the site and only recently discovered the problems in Safari as I built the site in a chrome browser which is fine. I guess other people are also not aware of these issues and losing sales.
Even if there is an older version that will work that would help, but would be a case of testing to see which one works.
Thanks
Hello again @liftwebdev,
I am forwarding your note to our developers, they already working on a new update, preparing the theme for compatibility with the upcoming WooCommerce 3.2 I am hoping they’ll be able to take these issues along with it.
Thank you for taking the time to fully test and provide all these details in a clear way. We’ll do our best to investigate asap.
Cheers! Adrian.
Thanks, it’s a great theme but can’t risk people not having the latest safari version. is there anywhere I can download a previous version of the theme that doesn’t have these issues or will the fix be along soon?
Hello, I asked a question 26 days ago but received no answer until today. Could you please kindly repy?
“Hi, I have a question:
1. Why can’t I activate the ”My Account” button on the mobile version? I can only display the shopping cart. I have activated the tab to show my account on the customizer, but it only shows on the normal version. on tablet/mobile theres nothing…”
Note: its the page www.dogshop-dogsport.ch – if viewed on a mobile device the my account icon is nowhere to be found, even though it has been activated on the customizer panel.
Hello @knuppsli,
We already have an open request for having the My Account icon as part of the mobile menu as well, we’ll do our best to include it with one of the following updates. I have added a +1 including your note as well to push things forward for as much as I can.
Cheers! Adrian.
When will it be compatible with woocommerce 3.1.x ?
Hello Mette,
Shopkeeper should be compatible with WooCommerce 3.1.X, just make sure you’re using the latest version. If you run into any issues please reach out to the support team directly via https://shopkeeper.wp-theme.help and we’ll do our best to help you figure things out.
Cheers! Adrian.
So I found the post about removing ALL meta data from blog post headings.
.post_meta {display: none;}
How do I remove ONLY the author name but keep the date and category?
Hi Brian,
You can only choose to hide it all at the current time. Please reach out to the support team directly via https://shopkeeper.wp-theme.help if there’s anything else you need help with.
Cheers! Adrian.
Hello, Is it possible to edit topbar? I need add phone number and language flags. thanks.
Hi @jozmas,
There’s a text field in the top bar which you can user to add your phone number. About the language flags, not as a built-in option, but there must be plugins out there to help you with that.
Cheers! Adrian.
Ok I founded text field in the top bar but how to centre text to the middle of the bar because on the left side I have flags to change languages so flag is covering text. thanks
solved.
Cool! Thanks for getting back to let us know.
After the two/three last updates it doesn’t work properly on Safari, the sticky header doesn’t show up & the product images stay on a continuous loop of loading…
Back to the top missing as well
& the fonts are extremely different in terms of weight from safari to chrome
And the font weight doesn’t change no matter what choice of 300, 400, 600 you choose. How many more things will I find…
Also the checkout is all messed up in both Chrome and Safari at least. The only plugin out of the ordinary that i have on is the Woo Commerce Bookings, but even if I deactivate it, its still messed up so its not coming from there http://eaqui.pt/fix.png
Hello @sixstrings,
We need to check your setup to understand what’s wrong with it. These aren’t general issues but site specific ones. Please reach out to our support team via https://shopkeeper.wp-theme.help by submitting a support requests. Please just make sure to include a temporary admin username and password as well a link to your site so we can look into it. You will be asked to login with the account which purchased the license, it doesn’t seem to be this one called “sixstrings”.
We’ll do our best to help you get to the bottom of it.
Cheers! Adrian.
No they are not my issues a user down this same page talks about the same things. Unprofessional attitude from you thats what it is.
It is in our best interest to figure out if these are theme issues or not. When there’s a problem we want to know it first. There’s a development team behind this theme and we’ll always do our best to improve with each update, it’s under active development, at all times. For the other user that left a similar comment I’ve shared a screenshot of the same area showing how it’s not happening at this end.
I’ve asked you to file a support request so we can dig deeper into your specific case, I was offering help, what more could I have done?
I would have opened a support request myself under your username to get in touch but it doesn’t appear that this username “sixstrings” have purchased Shopkeeper so I have invited you to use the account the purchased the license so we can get in touch and work tighter to get down to the bottom of this issue.
Offering to help is not unprofessional attitude on our agenda.
If you’re willing to get in touch with the support team will do our best to help.
Adrian.
Adrian, when you go to the supermarket and pay 69$ for a bottle of wine is the bottle half full? Is it missing the cork? I wonder what makes you think that you can sell a product that is not matured enough, I wonder what makes you think that your clients will be your lab rats and constantly post you on where you got it wrong. I know this seems professional to you, and thats exactly why you’re not one. So be professional, have enough testing and beta before releasing products into a market and be like everybody else and stop being a smartass
Hi, I have an issue with a blog page. It just won’t load the rest of the page. When I try to scroll down, it doesn’t move at all. Other pages are scrolling fine except for this one blog page. it is just stuck. I couldn’t figure out how to make it move like normal.
Hi @therayramirez,
Not sure what could cause that, we would need more info to be able to figure it out. All I can do right now is to let you know this isn’t a know issue or a general bug, it does sound like a site-specific one.
Please reach out to our support team via https://shopkeeper.wp-theme.help by opening a support request. Make sure to include a link to your site and a temporary admin username and password.
Cheers! Adrian.
Hello! You have really nice theme. I’m wondering if it is possible to offer additional items on product page like it is done in the theme Rubio http://demo.yolotheme.com/rubino/product/hoodie-quia-voluptas/
Hello there @Unknowntramp,
This is a WooCommerce based theme and WooCommerce doesn’t have such a built-in functionality, so no. I am assuming such functionality could be powered by a plugin so that’s what you should be looking into.
Cheers! Adrian.
Do you know appropriate plugin?
Regretfully not, I am not familiar that functionality, wish I could simply point you to one or the other.
Cheers! Adrian.
Hi there, I purchased this theme over 6 months ago and never used it until now (so support has run out now that I am using it!) I’m finding it quite buggy and am wondering if I pay for support will you be able to help me with issues such as responsive issues on iPad, content disappearing issues, changing colours of buttons to anything other than default options….I am building up quite a list…. Thanks for any input on this Best Muireann
Hello,
You can read the support policy here: https://themeforest.net/page/item_support_policy On short, we won’t be able to help you with custom changes, custom coding, but if you find a bug, we’re more than happy to have our dev team look into it asap.
Cheers! Adrian.
