kodeforest, great work, we are looking forward to buy this theme.
But we are seeing navigation error on mobile phones, to be specific,
1. open the website on mobile phone 2. click on navigation, to expand the navigation options 3. Click on Event 4. Now we can only see the back button at the top and options are not visible. 5. Although, by clicking on the white window it does navigate to the page but the sub navigation is not visible.

We work from Monday to Friday, and reply within 24 hours it totally depends on the number of tickets we receive, as i can see on your ticket your issue is not related to theme, its related to image also this is simple HTML template where you need to add image proportionately ratio should be accurate.
In case of your issue you are using small image where you need to use large image specially for slider.
Your image 705×351 Recommended Image : 1920×1080
We are working on improving its WordPress in next few hours we will update its HTML also release its update with new pages included.

Hi there, Great work. However it seems there is a small bug in the demo page. Whenthe page is opened in mobile, the three dots in the slider menu gets front of navbar menu when it is opened. This is the screenshot of the described situation:
