Hi again, Thank you for all your help. We actually need the gallery post option to display captions. The full width option doesn’t open a lightbox. Is there any way to add the same kind of caption to the gallery post type? The gallery post slider also cuts off the images, is there a way to have the images scale to fit the small slider?
If there is no way to add the captions is there a way turn off the native slider because it still shows up under other gallery plugins I try to use. I cleared the browser cache and used wp super cache.

In general case, You can set the ‘Post Format’ to ‘Standard’ and set the ‘Post Layout’ option to ‘Classic – No featured image’ to hide the gallery/featured image, Then you can insert any third-party gallery at the top of post content.
Hi, Those are the current settings and the default gallery theme still shows up under the 3rd party plugin. I can’t change the access on my company’s server. Is there now way for you to add the same captions style to the grid gallery has, that shows ever pictures caption to the slider gallery style?

Is there a way to make the slider gallery show the captions for each image like the the tile gallery does? Just enter a caption text in the Caption field of each image. No extra settings required.

1. For From Contributor -World Sport News, This is a widget in sidebar.
Just add a Custom Content section and choose sidebar which contain “NEUE: Posts” widget.

4. For “Editor’s Rating”, You can add a review into post by go to Post Edit page and click “Enable Review” in the Review Options box.
5. This is a gallery, Just go to Post Edit page and click button ‘Add Media’ then click “Create Gallery”, Please follow the steps in screen.

I’ve checked you site and found the image url of slider was replaced by dummy image. The NEUE theme has no this feature. I guess this might be from some plugin or server/CDN optimization.
Please check your settings for plugins and server.

Hi When trying to go back and edit a category to change the colour and add an image I only get presented with 4 options. Name, Slug, Parent Category, Description. Does not show all the other options available you set it up. Is this possible to do anywhere?

Please make sure you’re running on the latest NEUE theme (v 1.9.0).
If you’ve activated the plugin Advanced Custom Fields(ACF), Please disable it because this theme has bundled this plugin.

Anyway, The script is an admin script which loaded by wordpress when you’re in admin area only.
The template loads a bootstrap.js and bootstrap.css in the Fronted and the Backed. What do I have to do if the bootstrap.js and bootstrap.css should only be loaded in the Fronted. Your bootstrap.js and bootstrap.css overwrites some files in the backed so that a plugin does not work properly. So I would like the template files or the bootstrap.js and bootstrap.css to be loaded only in the Fronted. Is that possible?

Since early april 2017 I face problems while maintaining the homepage. I am no longer able to use <VW simple composer > for “Custom Content” .
in the WP backend while editing I can add a section ‘custom content’ but the edit box does not work anymore. Even if I enter a shortcode it simply drops the content

When will the theme be updated for Woocommerce 3.0? This is a huge update with some new options, like a new gallery and image zoom. However it doesn’t work with Neue Theme at the moment.

Dear Envirra, just noticed that every page in admin has a headline with this error message:
“Notice: Constant RWMB_URL already defined in /wp-content/themes/neue/framework/meta-box/inc/loader.php on line 27”
