Hi When we upload product image and it is not change in thumbnail it show in original pixel ,even I used thumbnail generator but it cannot change products thumbnail image. and in mobile responsive view are some errors , like when we open vertical categories it is auto closed and vertical megamenus parent list are not toggle , when we click parent categories it is open but not closed like toggle ,

Hey where is your update? my support period is near to expire and you people are not replying back. Mr. Jim also not telling me the exact time of lighter version update. Are you people waiting for my support period expire, so you can force me to extend support period. Here you said to create ticket on your support forum, while on support forum you said to contact with Mr. Jim on his skype. While when i message to Mr. Jim he didn’t reply me back. I remind him daily but i received his last reply on 19th July. Is it your support? You people are providing very poor customer support. If you can’t update it and can’t control page loading speed then why you are selling this? demo page loading time is 7 to 9 seconds while when we apply it to our site, then page loading time is 30 seconds. If we will make changing in child theme, then we will have to update it too every time when you will release an update. Why you people are not providing update? More than 2 months have passed and you didn’t fulfill your promise till date.
Very poor customer service you people are providing.
