1. Can I create a page for Hotels giving the option of the client to choose the desired accommodation or the system works only with Tours?
2. In the reservation system, I noticed that it is only possible to select the check-in date, since the Tour is already configured with a fixed number of days. Is it possible to allow the customer to choose the desired check-in and check-out date? This would serve to work with hotel reservations.
3. In the Tour Specification area is it possible to insert a video within the Information?

1. Technically you can use for hotel reservation too as it also have booking plugin.
2. Currently it support only 1 selected date.
3. Yes you can add video to tour info page.
I was installed the plugin counter page and set active the plugin for tour page,
but when i was setting up, and check the tour page, the view counter cannot display, can you check in tourttr.com?

hi. i cant seem to create two columns on the content builder. I need the column on the left to have multiple type of contents and column on the right to have a long single type of content. It seems the right and left column are already attached to a content e.g. text with sidebar, which is not good in my case.

We bought the theme ” Grand Tour ” from you. But we have some question we want to ask you 1- About the pricing on the home tab. Current we dont have any price tab on the home page a- Can we add the price for the group base on their departure day ? b – Can we set up the price for the private group base on the number of traveler? 2- Can we put our company phone number on the top of our website instead the bottom of the page ?

Pricing is set per each tour item. For example tour A has $39 price, tour B has $49 price.
You can also add phone number to top bar via Appearance > Customize > Navigation > Top Bar.

how does the grid system of the template work? i cant see this on the documentation. i can see something like “one_third” and the like, but trying to use them and columns automatically collapse on each other if content is less on another

With Woocommerce booking it doesn’t support that option. But you can also use plugin to add tour date for customer to fill in on checkout page.

Hi guys, we are very interested in purchasing your theme but we have encountered an issue that maybe you could help us with when trying your test page.
When setting a custom booking using custom HTML, we’ve tried to implement our HTML snippets from our live booking software and this is being refreshed every time we scroll up and down. That makes the page to automatically scroll up with every scroll. We’re not quite sure if this is an issue with our live booking software or maybe an incompatibility with the sidebar.

I think it’s because your 3rd party booking software refresh its content when sticky sidebar is activated. We can help you disable sticky sidebar so it should be fine.

Please make sure you install plugin name “Categories Images” from Appearance > Install Plugins.
Then you should be able to set it up in edit tour category page.
When testing ”Grand Switzerland” tour. The booking seems to be ok. But the ”5 Lake of Fuji San” is problematic. When pressing the “book this tour” button you end up with the demo start page. Shouldn’t you end up in the cart as well? Is this a bug?

It’s not issue. “5 Lake of Fuji San” is to show that you can link book button to any URL. In this case, it link to homepage. You can also link it to 3rd party booking site.
Im testing the theme. In the checkout it seems you only can put in 1 passport detail. But the tour has 3 persons. Will the remaining persons also be able to put in their passport details? (I haven’t proceeded with the checkout to know this). Regards
