Hello, I purchased ap68 creative studio theme few days back. Now i used it in live i setup the whole thing but can’t change / remove to things. 1. Cart icon from header. I checked in theme option as well as i tried with change in core file but can’t get success. 2. Cant remove / hide $ symbol from pricing table. 3. One error is showing during add / update any pages. screenshot is attached 4. I am not able to do changes from core file i tried but after save file there is no changes in live. So, I humbly request you to please solve my error and issue.

I’m trying to install your nice theme.

But, I have some errors when I try to activate plugin “theme-common”.

Each time I activate it, it breaks all: no front page neither admin page.

I need to disable this plugin using my FTP access to fix it.

It’s the first time I by a theme and find that bad support and bad documentation and lack of functionality. Thank you for the waste ... I will hire a designer to help me. One star … If there is Zero I would give this theme. I changed the Password for admin panel after waiting full day without any fix.

how do I set the horizontal menu for all my pages? Also, home 2 has the horizontal menu about half way down the page and I want it at the top of the page. I like the layout of home 1 just hate that menu, this theme would look amazing with a top menu. If I can’t have menu at top than this theme is useless for me

Awesome Theme! I purchased recently. I just have 2 questions. How do you change the Image Preloader at the beginning of any page? Also how do you disable the Shopping Cart icon on the Top Menu Header. For those who do not need the Shopping Cart function. I tried to deactivate the WooCommerce plugin but the site no longer loads since it is a required plugin. Is there another function?

I have been following your theme, really nice design. The mobile menu does not work on iphone and Chrome DEV tools.. it simply wont work.. the others work fine. but this page has an issue..

Beware of misleading statements from this Author. Their theme does not work as they describe here on their item page. It does not display properly on mobile, can’t even see the logo. And when you reach out to them for support, they tell you to email them. And then, they get back to you after a day and tell you their support only works between these days and these hours! Wish they mention that on their Item page!

Most developers are not going to sit around waiting for you to get back to them. They will move on and find another theme. Which is what I did, and requested a refund, and they said no. Its not about the money, its their product which doesn’t work as described and their service to their clients, and they lost a client today.

I buy a lot of theme here at Themeforest and very rarely do I request a refund. Authors here work hard and most of the time govern themselves in a professional manner. Its not about the money with this author, its their attitude that drove me away. Most likely they will flag this comment to have it removed, because its honest. And if that happens, why would anyone want to buy from a Author who wants to hide the truth?

I am confused, your opening sentence you are saying “We do not have time to support you”. And then on the 3rd paragraph you are saying you are looking forward to supporting the problems. Very confusing. In case you try to edit your message above of what you wrote I just took a screenshot. That’s my point, you are sending misleading information about your support in your item page of your theme.

Bottom line you got back to me too late. I had already deleted your theme and bought another one. I am happy your theme is working for other clients. Its good to see people’s money not being wasted. For me, it did not work. And since I have bought hundreds of themes here, I am not a rookie developer in setting up websites. And I do follow the steps. And those steps are also very confusing.

Again why would I want your support now that I have deleted your theme and don’t plan on using it due to the issues I got. You must be really hurting for money to be arguing with a customer for $49. You were slow to respond to the my support, and you don’t mention anywhere on your item page that you only provide support within certain hours, which you outlined with a reply to my email. So why would I sit around waiting for your majesty to get back to me?

Stop being cheap and stupid and issue the refund. We both have better things to do with our lives.

Question, bought the theme, and downloaded the demo content. And when looking at the portfolio work pages, I don’t see the Background Clouds Mountains image? I also can’t find a way to add it? What am I missing here?

Email sent with details. Also the logos are not showing on mobile and the responsive layout is looking not right. Hope you take a look at that too. The header menu is showing a space gap from the top as you scroll on desktop and looking even more messed up on mobile.

I’m not having any success with any media content. I’ve run through the updated download and install process. All data is appearing, no image content. I realize stock images aren’t going to be shown, but I’m under the assumption that placeholders would load?

Please ignore / delete this comment. I was able to resolve issues by downloading the update, cleaning out the theme and all plugins. All is well. Excellent work!
