I want to know how the plugin “Slider Revolution” could work in the “Add new item” panel, should I use the “Code Block” to insert the Slider Revolution ShortCode? I tried but it just display as text like [rev_slider alias=”sider1”] ,not the right slider pictures. Thanks very much!

Hi, the animations are managed by click the eye icon on top right of the sections or column, disable it by set animation = none.

Hello, I purchased your FullPage – Fullscreen Multi Concept Theme and tried to download one of your demos. After clicking install on your “Product”-Demo, the files are downloaded and after installing no changes have been made to the theme. What can I do to avoid this problem? Already tried to make all FTP folders fully writeable. Or maybe you can send me your demo.zip for manual installing? Thanks

I do have another question. When using the FullPage template for pages – how do I activate horizontal scrolling to move between sections? Also I have the box for displaying a footer checked on the page, but it won’t load the footer. How do I display the footer with FullPage template? Thanks!
Hi, on Theme options > Footer you need to set base footer and insert the content. If not work send wp accesses to support@schiocco.io .
For horizontal slider you have 2 options:
1. Use the component SLIDES
2. On bottom right on fullpage options set the direction to horizontal.

Hello, I miss my basic “Headline, Paragraph, Font color, and so on” in Textboxes. How can I get it back? it really is PITA to throw a css for every element I want it to apply and when I have a Text-Block with Headline and Content and need to create two Textboxes and create one as headline – my hands are hurting.
Please show me how i can bring back the basic notepad-like text editor for you Textblocks.
Else:
When creating a new column with 25% width I have to create every column separated. When I decide to try 20% or 33% I have to change all colums.
Why can’t I just set a parent to 3, 4 or 5 columns? If so, what am I missing?
Also, moving Elements is not working well in Safari 11 on OSX.
Basically I’d like to install Visual Composer instead. Is this possible? Your UI is giving me headaches (literally!)

If you want the WP editor you need to select the wordpress editor components instead.
The columns must be changed individually.
You can not use VC but I advice you to take some minute with this builder due is far away better and the UI is more clear and simple. I think you’re frustrated due you don’t know it.

I’m using this theme now for about a week and still having some issues.
The Theme is looking very different on 13” Macbook where it is okay and is distorted on 4K-Display in Windows (no matter what browser). Mobile responsiveness on potrait mode is not given. Menu is disappearing…

Hi, I would like to use an imagebox and have an OnHover effect to switch to another image (2 images only). Is it possible to do this anyhow with this theme. I only found a way to switch images with the sliders and imagebox but this changes the image on automatic and we want it to change only when we put the mouse over. Thank you for your help.
Hi, unfortunately this is currently not possible, you need custom CSS for this.

Hello, I installed the theme and the child theme by following the documentation. Unfortunately “theme options” shows an empty page. I have disabled the plugins in case of conflicts, but no results. The PHP version is well 5.6. Any advices? Thanks a lot

Did you tried to import a demo from Theme options > Demo import? There are lot’s of demos. Are you tried to click on one of them?

If the demo installation not work the most common cause is a file permission issue. To solve the problem contact the support to get the demo.zip package, upload it with FTP into the folder /wp-content/uploads/ of your website and press the button below.”
And when i click the import button it is saying ” Error. File wp-content/uploads/demo.zip not found!”

To change the design you need to know the CSS. For the color you can create a class like this:
.color-1 { color: red; }
Paste it into Theme options > customizations > CSS and then use it by click the top right gears icon of every component and on CSS insert color-1

Hi, there is some problem with 1 of the following:
1. Your server perfomance, try to upload with FTP 2. Your PHP version try to set a newest PHP version on your hosting.The minimum PHP version is 5.6, the max is 6.9.

Hi, on bottom right of Edit page, on Fullpage option there is a option for force the fullpage also on mobile, check it.
Hi Schiocco, I tried this, now the Fullpage slide effect is there, but the sections are not full height. The height stays as tall as there is content, so on mobile, there are displaying two/three sections on screen.

Thank you for advising me to upgrade my server php version. I was able to install theme and activate, but after activation, required plugins did not appear anywhere at the top or in theme options and I was unable to install them. How do I access required plugins? Thank you.

I completely deleted my database, did a fresh install of Wordpress 4.8.1, and once again uploaded your theme and the same thing happens every time—a white screen appears and there is no functionality. If I activate another theme, it works. So it looks like there is something wrong with your latest download. I am uploaded the downloadable theme only. I even tried uploading the theme folder via FTP and activated it that way, but still get a white blank screen afterwards. I deleted all the other pre-installed plugins, and still the same result.
I have spent all afternoon on this.

Hello, I am unable to activate your theme. After activating, there is a white screen, and no functionality. I have to go in and delete the theme folder in FTP in order to return to normal. I installed the “Installable Wordpress File Only” first and that didn’t work, then uploaded the theme via FTP. Both times I got a blank white screen when I activated the theme. As a test, I uploaded and activated other themes with no problem. Do you have any idea why this could be happening?
