I am under the impression 3.1.4 is not working correctly. The Theme Options freeze. Is this true for anyone else?

I am normally very calm and collected, but this theme is causing me MAJOR issues.
First of all, I hired a developer for HUNDREDS of dollars to make cosmetic changes I couldn’t do myself. I had to hire a developer because Fuel Themes was not helpful at all with my questions.
At the 11th hour, we realize that this theme cannot SAVE in Theme Options if there are a lot of CATEGORIES and/or POSTS. The Theme Options just loads and loads and then crashes and the changes are never saved. Here is an example: https://prnt.sc/gvp0de
I am SHOCKED no one has not encountered this problem before.
I don’t usually make demands, but I demand someone reach out to me personally to assist in this problem. I refuse to have wasted $500+ for an issue that should not be an issue in the first place. I look forward to hearing back from someone ASAP.

It was just a matter of PHP variable that needs to be changed according to number of categories you have.
Your theme is not compatible with facebook instant articles, google amp and it has a lot of errors in google search console. Will you fix those issues in the next update? Its very important… without those feature a blog theme makes no sense.

Unfortunately, we do not release changelogs for minor updates X.X.X. We suggest using a test / staging site for testing updates if you have template overrides.
I can’t believe that every piece of software in the world provides a minimum changelog upon updates except you.
Even “big” updates don’t have a proper changelog: you just say “lots of new features” and never specify what.
A very disapointing and unprofessional detail from your side, especially for those of us that use your theme as base for custom developments.
The latest update only fixes a minor update related to ajax in post category elements.

I’ve been quite pleased with this theme! I wish documentation was a bit more robust as it took a while it get it set up similarly to the demo. My biggest wish is that, for gallery posts, there could be a way to show an entire gallery with thumbnails on one page (and possibly use a lightbox for easy viewing), rather than having each image cropped and displayed one-by-one.

Hi – Posts in our mega menus don’t seem to be displaying thumbnails – they come up as a black box instead. Have regenerated thumbnails, and this has not fixed the issue.

How can the background image be changed? Selecting background does not give the option to update the image you want to display.
This theme has multiple issues. As a quality assurance analyst, I see multiple issues.
Some of the options are not available to choose from.
The other options that are able to choose from have drop downs, but they are completely hidden. The user would not know of this unless they randomly clicked.
Selecting the + or – buttons does not result in anything happening when displaying images.
I am using version 3.1 of this theme currently.
