To change or play with colors, there are options

Go to >> wp-admin >> customize >> Top Bar >> Styling and you can play with top bar as per your needs for colors.

For size in top bar,

You can add the following css in wp-admin >> customize >> Additional CSS

.topbar, .topbar p, .topbar a, .topbar a i, .topbar li a {
   font-size:18px !important;
}

You can change 18px to anything you want thanks. The live editor will give you option to see the changes while you are changing colors or font size.
