I had purchase the theme name “Hire Me – Personal vCard, Portfolio WordPress Theme” and there is issue coming the demo is not importing same and the “SLIDER REVOLUTION” plugin is not getting activated. theme is also now not showing on envato . Below is the error when when I try to activate it.

you must upload aiden.zip and not the entire zip package that you download from Themeforest. Unzip the entire package to get to the aiden.zip.

Hi.
Once you activate the theme, a notice come up which plugins are required for the theme. They need to be installed.
Do make sure to provide a valid email address on our mail. When we tried to reply to the curernt you send it does not send an email – address can not be found.

I have sent several emails to this address: designpego@gmail.com and it has been a frustrating experience. It takes me an eternity to answer the emails and still have not solved my problem with the thema’s installation. I am extremely disappointed to have bought this theme from you.
I bought this theme more than a week ago and I still have not been able to do the installation and you do not give the necessary support. Hi guys, I have two doubts about this theme. 1º – The images that should appear in “about” and “services” do not appear as they should, even after uploading within the pages. The images repeat themselves as the same ones from home.
2º – The contact page icons do not appear, what should I do?
