It’s not a native option in the theme, however you can use a number of free plugins to integrate an instagram feed wherever you want in the theme. It should be quick and easy to set it up.

Please consider implementing additional customization options in one of the upcoming updates, such as smooth scroll, navigation menu hover designs, or perhaps a custom user account panel ( https://imgur.com/a/WHXVx ) as well as the ability to customize wp-login by changing its background, logo etc.

The smooth scroll option is already part of the theme options and you can find it by navigating to Shopkeeper > Customize > Shop: https://www.screencast.com/t/ztkJqtJx

Hello, i have been unable to change font size for prices, product names and individual product description i have tried the customization bar – Fonts – changed them to the highest settings and my font is still tiny. Not sure what i am doing wrong ?

Hi, had to disable the get bowtied tools plugin as well, really slowed the site adn dashboard down! Please fix, I am on namecheap’s EasyWP hosting

Same issue as the users above. Backend loading EXTREMLY slow as well as the front end of my site. Deactivating Bowtie tools solved it!
Also anyone else having issues with variable products not switching to the correct picture and not being able to add to cart?

Please make sure you’ve updated GetBowtied Tools plugin to V2.2 because some of the issues have just been fixed.

I’ve just purchased this theme. And i have never experienced so bad load time, i dont know what causes it, but i’ve made a pure wordpress installation, and the only thing i have on the site is this theme and the plugins to it.
I’ve tested alot of things, when i take any other theme it loads normally, 1-2 secounds, when i use Shoopkeeper theme everything takes 30 secounds plus on the backend. Everytime i activate this theme, everything becomes slow on the backend aswell the frontend.
I’ve tried to install it on a VPS from linode 80$ plan, and a web-server hosted at unoeuro.com, but its the same both places. AND THE IMAGES BELOW, is only the admin area! You should se it on the frontend, its even worse.
What can i do to speed this process time up?
And before i will get the “Reply” with, its the servers fault. Its not, because everytime i take twenty eleven or avada, or salient og anything else, it loads perfectly

We’re currently on the line with our hosting company, the issue seems to be related to the Get Bowtied Tools plugin which loads some external assets and site the server doesn’t respond it breaks the connects. When a different theme is enabled the plugin no longer runs so that’s why you experience different loading times. Please temporarily deactivate the Get Bowtied Tools plugin and try again. In the meantime we’ll be online speaking to the hosting company about it.
We’ll get back to you as soon as we have a resolution.

I am having the same issues as brumbrumski. Front and Backend of website loading insanely slow! Happened immediately after the update and is getting worse over the last 24 hours.

Sorry for any inconvenience, our hosting company is currently tackling this issue and we’re hoping everything gets back to normal soon. In the meantime you can temporarily deactivate the Get Bowtied Tools plugin.

Nothing will be lots. The system will no longer check for theme updates but that won’t affect your users.

Products are being stored by WooCommerce and there isn’t a specific product limit that you can add. You should be fine with 1000 products using Shopkeeper

Thanks for the reply. I know that woocommerce supports practicly unlimmited number of products but it also depends on the theme to not get laggy. How many products has your biggest store created with your theme you know about it?
Shopkeeper doesn’t have a limitation on products. I know there are websites which have hundreds of products and work just fine.

Yesterday after updating woocommerce, various plugins and the shopkeeper theme, my site started giving out “Gateway Timeout – The gateway did not receive a timely response from the upstream server or application.” I have Siteground as host, and they found that the issue lies with the GetBowtied Tools plugin. I have been testing around, and sure enough. As soon as I activated the GetBowtied Tools plugin my site went back to giving “Gateway Timeout – The gateway did not receive a timely response from the upstream server or application.” errors. So have you updated that plugin recently? I really don’t remember if that was one of the plugins that was updated yesterday. However, I know that I updated to the latest version of the shopkeeper theme yesterday.
Also – What functions am I missing when the GetBowtied Tools plugin is disabled?

Hello, I’m noticing the same issue as dekoracije. The coding is still visible when I click on “Terms and Conditions” in the checkout page and my native Visual options does not include any coding but just plain text. Please help.

I purchased your theme a while back but never got around to using it. I was wondering if you could let me know if there is a “showcase’ page that shows sites build with your theme
Today I decided to try your theme out… I installed it on an existing theme (Bridge) that was using Woocommerce and found that your theme made it grind to a halt. To ensure that it wasn’t your theme, i then installed it on different url. I even went to the hassle starting with a new database, re-installing wordpress. All that was there was WordPress and your theme. It was still brutally slow compared to Newspaper, Bridge, X, Enfold and other themes we run. Am I missing something. The sites on a dedicated server, no plugins…etc. I installed it at http://www.brackos.com

I am glad you are going to create a showcase as most leading companies have them, even your website at https://www.getbowtied.com/ is lacking in information, community etc.
I purchased the theme as it was ranked highly at https://colorlib.com but its concerning when i read over the posts within this site section. Search for “Slow” and see what I mean, there is a lot of unhappy people. So far the first impression is NOT GOOD.
Have used this theme for some time and experience slow to super slow loading. www.sqoop.no

Is this problem that is caused by/comes with Shopkeeper?

Could you further edify this Q&A from the shopkeeper page? If I build the theme design on one WordPress account, can I use the same purchase on another account to finalize for someone?
Can I use the theme on multiple sites with a single purchase? Nothing will stop you, but note that each license can be activated on one WordPress site at a time. You will get updates and support for the one you activate.

You can change where the theme license will be active as long as it stays active on one website only. So if you build your website let’s say on a dev link and once you decide to go live with it and have a new live domain, then you can easily so this change. But the theme license is built to be used on one website at a time.

With the recent update variation and swatches are not working anymore. When you click on a different color or size it does not switch to that image. Started happening right after I updated the theme.

No I mean none of the variations are working anymore. Even the default woo commerce drop down boxes are not working for variable boxes. Like if you select a color the image does not change with it. It will just stay at the default picture.
So its not just extra plugins for swatches that are the issue. Any variable product stopped working after the update.
