I like the theme after update to 1.7 … but in my shop compare modul does not show comparison of features.

My comment is not related to your support and ticket. It is related to the simple fact that I like the updated theme but compare module does not work as it should. I did clean instalation (used akira_quickstart) and theme looks very nice. After clean install, I just add new feature and some feature values and add this new value to product. The feature shows in the product page but it does not show up in the comparison.
The compare module only compares the information in the product attributes.
The products to be compared must have the same attribute type to be compared

First of all I must say that I like the theme and I do not want to complain but I cannot agree with your explanation. It does not make sense. Take a look at your demo … Many products in demo (or in clean instalation) are simple product without any combinations (no attributes) and yet they can be compared and features ARE SHOWN in comparison module. When you add NEW feature and feature value to the same product, then this new feature does not show up in comparison. Simply this module is not doing what is expected. It should be corrected.

I bought your theme in past, but my support expired, already. Anyway and even that, I would expect more friendly answer … Thanks for informing us about this problem. We will correct this issue with next update, which will be in ?? months. So far we are able to solve the problem individually, after you renew support and create ticket.
Anyway, I think that it is not good when you (and some others) offer template that looks great in demo but it does not work as advertised (after clean install) and it has nothing to do with support that was fast and good before expired.

Akira is being updated to add the homepage layout, only this new layout can use with PS 1.7.6.5. The old Akira version can only be used with PS 1.7.4.x and below. Thank you!

I tried to install the theme on prestashop 1.7.4 and 1.7.5 and the 1.7.6 with the compatible php for each version but each time i got this error “500 Internal Server Error” when i tried to access the megamenu. Any help ?

I’ve installed PrestaShop 1.7.5 and 1.7.6 but the slider Image does not appear also the Menu doesnt change even i added item via admin panel, the two values (HOME, CUSTOM) always appeared. Could you please put hands on this

As you can see, Akira is only compatible with Prestashop versions from 1.7.4.x and below.
