Hello I have purchased the Audrey theme but I cannot set the boxed-home layout for my homepage. (I don’t know where to find it). I imported all the content from the demo site and I started creating my website. After discussion with my business partner we decided that we prefer the boxed home layout. I don’t know if importing again all the content form the demo I will override all I have done so far. Can you help me please?”

You can set it for that page in the back-end of it, scroll down to Elated General section and there will be Boxed Layout entry https://www.screencast.com/t/YblF1AiE just set it there. Also, if you want to make that page “in grid” you can set it’s template to be Default Template in the back-end of the page in Page Attributes section on the right side https://www.screencast.com/t/8JkfuWyLDHoU .

If you are referring to this section https://www.screencast.com/t/rORgLt8xinyb please navigate to Elated Options > Content Bottom and there check which Widget Area is displayed in default Content Bottom area https://www.screencast.com/t/xzR8sQaXSS , than just navigate to Appearance > Widgets and there find that Widget Area and customize it’s content to desired one.

hello i have did this, i use external plugin, but i have problem. problem is when first time click on any smaller image, its open in new window! after i go back to the previse window and i click again on any smaller images its replaced in the product big image.
so i want to disable the new window at the first click on the smaller image.

You can have zoom enabled for Featured image of the single Product with built in theme functionalities. You just need to navigate to Elated Options > WooCommerce > Single Product and there choose Yes for Enable Zoom Magnifier https://www.screencast.com/t/AA16eQr1LM , also there you can choose behavior on click on images from the gallery of the product.
We do not recommend usage of third party plugins since they might cause conflicts with theme scripts, so please use built in theme functionalities.

Hi, can you let me know how to make the overlay on the landing page slideshow (the overlay that goes under the top layer text on the slider) white as opposed to the slightly yellow tint that appears on it in the demo? You just need to customize that Revolution Slider you are using. Navigate to Slider Revolution choose that slider and select the layer you want to change it’s color https://www.screencast.com/t/IXdDsMkErUki and click on Style Drop-Down, in drop-down that appeared please click on Background tab and there set desired background color https://www.screencast.com/t/B3C5VPFP . There could be several causes to this issue :
error \"Warning: array_key_exists() expects parameter 2 to be array...It can happen because you uploaded svg or gif, or some other files inside Logo options or some other options in Elated Options for images and because of that you got this issue. Our fields for images in Elated Options allows you to use only image format (png, jpg etc)
The problem can also be the size of your images you used for title area or somewhere else, they can be too big and over exceeding the maximum width and height set for title area background.
Check first if you are trying to upload your logo in vector format, you should use regular image format only.

Hi I’d like to buy this theme but I can’t tell if there is a way to add a filter option within the portfolio sections. I want to be able to create categories (art direction / logos / illustration / photography etc) and allow users to clicks on a category and see the portfolio gallery arrange to showcase what they’ve selected. I just installed my theme to Wordpress and it was unpacking the contents, and suddenly my website went white and I have no access to my wordpress. My host says that it was the theme that crashed my website. Please advise. I do not have any access to it at all except for a white blank page.
I was able to access it by deleting the theme via control panel. But every time i try to upload this it does the same thing.
