Thanks for contact us. Well, I think you try to install into wordpress site, if it’s right then you can’t install because this is not wordpress theme as it HTML template.

So you need to extract the zip file first then you got main-html. Go inside the folder, then you got all the html files. You can open the html file directly into browser also edit via any rich editor as sublime or dreamweaver.

Well, you may purchase the template accidentally but in our template No where we mentioned as WordPress theme or you can use in WP. Also we follow themeforest refund policy so as per their rules its not applicable for refund.

Sorry to inform you, this is not WordPress theme. So you can’t install this into WordPress.

As this is HTML so you need to extract the downloaded file. Then open the folder. You will found a folder called ‘html-main’. So open the folder & you got all the html files. Just open the file in browser. If you familiar with html then you can understand easily.

Yes, it will support as you need to just remove two other slides & bottom next/prev tags which is named ‘carousel-control’ then it will show as static image… If any thing let me know.
