I do not have the WPBakery Visual Composer plugin! How can I get it?

Well, you claim it is part of the package, so you should deliver. The codeless builder is horrible. I cannot even center a heading…

Yes, Visual Composer is included in the package, but it’s not neccesary because theme works perfect with Codeless Builder.
Please go to your main zip file that you downloaded first from Envato. Unzip it and inside there should be these folders:
documentation
extra_plugins
handel
handel-child
Licensing
The visual composer zip file is inside the “extra_plugins” folder. The included sliders (Revolution and Layerslider) are there as well.
To install the plugin, go to Plugins > Add New, and upload the zip file. After installation is successful, activate from Plugins menu as well.
-To center any text, you just need to select it and then the text option bar will show up (screenshot). Select the centering option and click.

We can assure you, there is no issue with theme installation. We have many satisfied customers that are already using it. Also the Envato team has tested it several times before launching. I checked the Handel theme support forum, but there are no unresponded topics. Please open a ticket in the forum and send us your wordpress login data. So we can give a closer look at what is causing the issues in your site. Let us know.

Great! I bought Handel and first looks of it: awesome. I’ve had one more question though. The team widget is great, but you can’t seem to click on a team member and go to that specific team members ‘personal’ page. Is this possible to create and if so: what would be the best way? I can’t seem to insert a click link anywhere.. Hope to hear soon!

You can access pre-created pages by importing demo data. Go to Handel > Home > Setup to import one of the available demos and with that all pages too.

Yes, we got the email. The customization you ask for is not present in theme’s default settings. To add it there is needed some coding. Although we do not offer support for custom changes, we will send you the steps to take to achieve this. Please be patient while waiting for the reply.

Terrible template! It’s hard to install, stupid, wants to make changes. files. This is not intuitive. You have to read the documentation, countless settings … and there is no guarantee that you will be able to do it! I still can not get her to work (just a white screen).
Purchase guarantees trouble.

The additional included plugins are located in folder “extra_plugins“. Open the main zip file you downloaded from Envato, unzip it and inside the extracted folder you will have these folders:

Open the extra plugins folder. Go to your wordpress dashboard, Plugins > Add New. Upload the zip file of Revolution slider, install it like any normal wp plugin.
Activate it.
Do the same for Layerslider and Visual Composer (if you want to use it). Let us know if you need further assistance.

I have problem with loading Codeless Builder. It loads all the time and never open anything. I activated all plug-ins, also try to deacitvate them, but nothing.

Hello, Transparent header setting is fixed now but there is no setting to control height and overlay color like page header.
We dont want to add too much options for this default header. You can edit the shortcode yourself on functions.php on function codeless_archives_header.

Okay, we will do this, but it will be a great addon for the theme as other options are really nice and good. Good work.
The demos look great on a desktop. However, they all have something slightly odd going on on mobile view. The sliders at the top of the demos aren’t quite right and cutting text off. I presume it’s easy to correct this? (Viewed on Samsung S7 Edge)
