For the Artist or Gig custom post types, why is their no link to the post itself? Do those exist?

I don’t understand your question clearly, you can change the value in Artist and Gig post type, but you can’t change it in page builder item, it just display the post from post type.

Two things, cannot import theme data and cannot activate visual composer. Contacted you via your support page and you sent me to a link that directs outside of support which I had already checked and does not offer a solution. gave you my logins, nothing. The link for importing demo is offline, you webpage is coming back as blank. Where do I get actual help before asking Envato for a refund?

You’re advertising as though the buyer has the option to install this theme and then be able to choose layout options. That is not the case, this is not like Divi Theme or Massive Dyanmic, or a number of others where you see the layout options within the theme download (inside wordpress panel/live editor etc.) and can choose to use any layout or import (can’t import because import url’s are dead), so can’t import without giving you logins which you get and then ask for more (databases). You give the impression that the designs can be limitless and yet, you’re selling this theme with an outdated plugin that has no license and no way to resolve that issue without the person spending money on buying the updated visual composer. THEN we have to open a ticket and it takes 24 hours to get a response each time. I have been dealing with you for over a week and asked for a refund. Your response to date is that it wouldn’t be fair to give me a refund because I already downloaded it. WELL you darn well know that regardless of me downloading it, I CAN’T use it as it is. This is by far the worst purchase experience I have had on themeforest or with envato. This is not a good faith sale if you have to jump over hoops to get what you need or if the author (you) has to keep asking me for more, only to tell me that these layouts are not all included in one setup but that I have to choose one and you’d have to install the others in other folders. I would have stuck to Divi, Massive Dynamic or any other theme that is actually packaged in the fashion that you advertise. I hope to get a refund from Envato, If I don’t, they will lose a customer and I will unscribe to their elements subscription. I have been a loyal customer to this platform and this has been an unproductive and tiring process.
