Hi i have multiple problems with this theme please help

I would like to receive a refund please. I have no response from the author. The theme setting not working. Also, there is no builder for the theme to use it. PLEASE REFUND. Please advise.

I purchased this theme because of its aesthetic appeal,

however, This Theme is rife with errors, things are not working basic theme option buttons wont work , widgets have errors. and there seems to be no response on support. Even the links in the documentation don’t work properly.

I would advise Evanto to either contact the author to enforce quality or take this theme down.

I purchased this theme some 3 years ago, and still using it but I am worried because this theme is not updated since Oct 2018 , tell me whether it is OK to continue with theme, is it compatible with latest WP as well as secure enough?

My second question is , I want to migrate from one domain to a new domain, how can I transfer my theme license to this new domain (I am discontinuing the current domain)

1) how do i remove the “Share” section at the bottom of the posts? I disabled social sharing in plugin option but there is still the “Share” section with a “heart” and count there.

We’re having some issues with the theme, we cant seem to get our homepage to show in a masonry style and although our single posts are set to display categories it seems we have to force each post to show categories still. Any ideas as to why?

Surprising ! I recently purchased this theme and it is simply one of the best theme for personal blog. All 14 page templates are there, Everything works exactly the way it is shown in the demo.

I too faced some initial problems and raise some 10+ tickets in a row ! But guys there are pretty prompt in answering my (sometimes quite dumb!) questions.

I am sure they will answer yours too.

I was very happy to buy this theme but it’s quite disappointing. no 14 templates, no responsive homepage and no help with tickets. the menu is very confusing too. I’m waiting for my answer since a whole week. watch out from this theme.
