I purchased this item on 2016-07-15 22:17:25 UTC but I haven’t had time to use it until now.
Why can’t I register with the item purchase code I got from the license text file?

I’ve only now also tried to register at http://support.beantownthemes.com but my envato username is taken – I don’t know how. If by some chance I have registered in the past, at least the remember password link on the login page should send me a password change link. I have clicked that and got nothing in my mail box.

Try using either WinRAR or http://www.7-zip.org to open the zip, the default zip opener on some Windows installations causes issues, thanks

2. No, this is an html template, no builder
3. No, this has it’s own grid
4. You would need to hook it to a database etc. You might be better off using the WordPress theme version.
Hi, how can I change the breakpoint for the hamburger/mobile menu? Now it’s 1239px, that’s a little wide for my taste. Tablet landscape mode should use the normal menu, so I guess a breakpoint of 999px would be ok?

Hi I bought this, and downloaded it 4 times now. But I don´t get all the files? For example there is no index.html files at all in any demo. So when I click on a demo page it is broken and missin files in folders? Useless whitout a working download,
Please use WinRar to unzip the download file (the default zip opening program on windows causes issues).

I’ve just purchased this and I’m a bit miffed as to why you have inline styles throughout all of the templates…? That’s not good for speed or SEO. I’m disappointed at that!
Also, you store a lot of the content for a template in a folder called content. When I copy the CSS out of that folder and put it in the root after changing the paths the site is broken.
Also, your documentation is very high level – too generic! You need to include more detail into your documentation.

And another question which came to my mind. As far as I imagine it is more easy creating the website “offline” with just defining the layout and the links to videos and images which are already online. Is this right? That means that you can easily create the site without publishing it?

Hello, you can create it offline since it’s an HTML template. You will need at least basic coding skills to replace image links etc..thanks

As I couldn’t find a demo having the option of playing music while surfing, i need to ask you. Is it possible to insert a musicplayer that can be switched on/off and switch songs while surfing on the page ? And does the music continue without interruption even if the user switches between for example the contact page to the home or profile (...) ? Greetings
You wouldn’t be able to have a player that switches from page to page. The easiest way to embed music might be to use Soundcloud players. https://soundcloud.com/pages/embed
