Are we able to changed the size of Font within the store? The font size that shows under the product image with price?
Hi there, in the Product Template #product section I cannot change the display order of my products. I have even tried to change the display order from within Woocommerce for each product, but nothing changes, even when I tried to change the display in the product section itself. If I select Product display all, it does not change the display order and if I select a specific product nothing changes. If I select several products and re-order them in the product template nothing changes the order of the display. Please, can you assist me with this issue?

Thanks, but I tested it again and I still cannot get my books to display in the order I want them to in the #product section. I have my main book, which I want to display first, but as soon as I add my other books it changes the display so my main book comes last not first. Even if I drag and drop and change the order to either ascending or descending or what I want in the #product section it does not keep the order I specify. This is in the #product section. Do you see what I mean

Installed the theme. Activated all of the required plugins except for WPBakery Page Builder. Trying to activate this received:

Using a one-page layout similar to the demo. In a couple of the sections there is a “Title Area” with a heading, text and a button. There is an option to “Add Button” however the button shows up regardless of whether or not the box is checked. Basically, I can’t remove the buttons in those Title Areas.

When I add a product to the website it changes the layout of TESTIMONIALS and BLOG. I would like to be able to have product but also keep the layout clean. I have attached screen shot of what it should look like and then the error when i add product.

For the testimonial carousel on BOOKPRESS, is there a way to control the speed of how quickly the slides move… also is it possible to add dots or navigation arrows so users can choose when slide shifts?
You need to edit JS scripts, We will add speed control options in VC element, when we will be updated theme again. Updated version will be available in next week.

You mentioned i can change the set thumbnail size in woocommerce settings but mine do not have that option in display (They are grey). Is it somewhere else? The images and font size of prices in my “store” are very big. Is there a way to change image size without having to go into the .php? I do not want to mess with that.

Please go to Tools > Regenrate thumbnails to regenerate image size. If it is not available there – install & activate this plugin – https://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/

Thanks for your reply. We do have the plugin but it doesn’t give the option to change image sizes. Book Press still has the product image sizes (Catalog, single product and product images) disabled. We would like to make the image sizes and font sizes smaller in the store like the youtube video i posted above. Here is how big they are on our site http://jareddodd.com/shop/ We are unable to change the size.

Since the latest wordpress upgrade, my theme is not functioning and showing a white screen. I managed to log into the back end, to check all plugins but when I try to view the front page I get an error Fatal error: Call to undefined function ot_get_option() in/home3/.../public_html/wp-content/themes/bookpress-child/header.php on line 21 Please can you look into this issue.

I’ve checked it different way, but wp can not read theme folder. I think you should contact with server provider to fixed this issue.
WP does not read wordpress default theme also. Although full theme is uploaded there.

Quick one. I have added some additional google fonts in the “Typography Option” and I have selected a different color for font tags h1 and h2 and the new fonts then saved it, but the new fonts and colors are not changing on my other pages (I cleared my cache). How can I get these font changes to display to show my changes or do I require some additional css, if so please advise? Thanks again

(1) Can you advise me how to display the content of my whole blog in your theme, without the need for a blue (read more) button? For example, some posts show my full content whilst others only show a few lines with the blue (read more), but my button does not expand or work when it is clicked – nothing happens. (2) Can you also advise me how to get the (read more) button to work to expand the blog conent when it is clicked on. (if I need to use it in the future) (3) Testimonials I can click via visual composer to see my testimonial settings on my new homepage, but I cannot edit the text I can only clone, delete or toggle. you need to use backend editor of visual composer. Then click (+) add element and find testimonials element.

Please check your blog, it is already fixed. This was not theme problem. You are installed many plugin, those plugin are changed .htaccess rules, also have some caching problem.

Thanks for getting back to me and fixing the issues and explaining things for me. I have checked everything works great now. The only thing I still cannot do, in my theme, is to edit the testimonials part or find where to edit the original text for the sample ones on my homepage. As I explained, I can see the text for each one in visual composer but I am unable to click on the text to edit it or change it. Were you able to check this for me or please advise me, where I can do this? Thanks…

How do I turn off the social icons and change the copyright message at the bottom of the home page? I have tried turning them off in the footer settings in the theme settings, but it has no effect.
