PRIVATE TICKET #1686506, Got the theme 2 days back. None of the theme add-ons are working with WP 4.9.8 & WPBakery Visual Composer (5.0.1). Urgent help please. Provided all the information for site and login/password.
Demo data is imported and none of visual composer add-ons show up. Might be same issue for other users.
Looks like similar issues have been reported by other users in recent times. Some of the content looks fine on phone, but not on the desktop. Requesting for quick resolution.

I have also face same problem . I use latest version of Visual Composer and purchase there theme, Know after importing demo content all the content gone. Theme is not compatible with Latest Version of Visual composer. Hope Support will fix the problem as soon as possible. I have already create a ticket.

Hi I purchase this theme.. but when I install this theme on my URL with all plugins and demo data, the text is disappearing when I scroll down my website.. On home page only slider is coming rest of the sections are disappearing.. But it is showing fine on tablet, mobiles..but not on desktop computers.
Also, When I click on blog grid page, this page does not showing the blog entries as grid it is showing as full text.. Gallery page and about us page also not showing.

Hi, my friend purchased this theme and I am setting up the site on her behalf. I installed and activated all the plugins recommended for this theme, then imported the demo data. Unfortunately none of the content inside .fullwidth-page-wrapper is showing, and from inspecting it, I can see that it is due to the visibility: hidden property associated with .animated.
