On a website I have using the theme it is version 2.4 but the one I am having the issue with is 2.7, so perhaps your theme needs any update to fix the issue?

Yea the custom sidebars I made are no longer showing up. I have gone in and updated the plugins (one of which was for the sidebar plugin) and updated WP core.

It doesn’t look like it has fixed it (i purged the cache of W3 Cache and also cloudflare).

Hi Cristian, Well, the thing is, there doesn’t seem to be a regular page for the forum where I can find those options, nor is there a template for the forum to make a regular page with. Or do I have to make a page for the forum using standard template and then insert the forum with a shortcode? Because that doesn’t show the searchbar or login functionality that is on the regular forum page, so doesn’t really work for me. I hope you can help me find the answer!

Also, the images are on average 100kb, so it’s not a load time issue. I do notice a short time of the loading bar show, but then it goes away and nothing is shown.

Sorry, also when you click on the first image to bring up the large views, all images are shown when you move left to right.

Thanks for your interest in this theme. Please find bellow the answers to your questions:

1. A different template for the search page is not available i’m afraid and so is the autocomplete/suggested search. Maybe you can find a bbpress plugin for this functionality but i’m not aware of one

2. The theme has full support for bbpress forum and not mybb forum. You will not have any issues but the mybb forum style will not match the theme style, you’ll have to develop it.

Please make sure that those plugins are not already installed. If they are please delete them before installing the ones that come with the theme.

If that’s not the case you can upload them individually from Plugins >> Add new. The plugins are available in the /plugins folder from the theme.

If that doesn’t work either, please send me a temporary admin login to support[at]okthemes.com and i’ll install it for you.

That error usually means a server(permissions) problem.

Regarding the EDD plugin, yes, it should work without any problems. The theme does not interfere with the default WooCommerce functionality.
