it is three weeks ago and you said that you make an update in 1-2 weeks for the urgent problem with pagebuilder (removes line break in default editor). when can we expect such an update? it seems that you only make a good support and updates for good selling templates.

I have purchased your theme. I have noticed that the website is not mobile friendly anymore. When I first purchased the theme, it worked great on both desktop and mobile, but now it only works on desktop.

Can you please have a look at it on smartphone or tablet, and let me know how to fix it? I have already tried uploading a fresh theme file. But still doesn’t work. Has it been worked out with the newest WordPress version?

i have some presale questions to be sure that this is the right template for me. I would like to buy these template and want to know if you plan to continue the development for this template in the future or is it outdated!? Because i see that you don’t make so many updates in the past (last update: 2015) and there are also not so much questions for this template from other users. Please give me a true answer because i plan to spend a lot of time for customizing this template for my client and i have to be sure that it works also for the next 2 – 3 years. Can i buy it or do you have a smiliar / better one? (I like your themes because they are not so overloaded with functions – please continue your development in this way – i bought already renovate and medicenter) Do you plan to include hq / retina / svg icons in atrium?

My next question: I tried to test your demo one my ipad/iphone and samsung galaxy but the preloader don’t want to disappear… so i can’t access the website! I have the newest OS version and tried it in safari and firefox. Can you include a quick fix, that i can test your demo on mobile device for resposive view?

does atrium work correct with wpml?

Hi, when I activate the theme and install the required plugins, it breaks and my site crashes. completely stops working. Then I have to rename the theme folder on ftp so the wordpress can run again with default theme please advise.

Hi. My home page suddenly had big gaps in it so I updated the theme to the newest one and it has changed all the colours. The colours in the theme options aren’t being transferred to the page.

Theme Demo Data Installer does not work. I selected the 3 items to import and click the “Import demo data” button and nothing happens.

Hello It’s great work. I was considering buying it when I encountered these problems. When I tried the demo in both surface pro1 and surface pro 3, the navigation bar was broken to two lines. Also the fonts (I think google fonts) did not load, showing a serif font instead of original sans serif font of the theme. All these were fine in my laptop (without high res screen). Are these due high resolution screes and can these problems be resolved? Thank you very much
