But it won’t allow to create an account if you’re an Envato Elements subscriber, it just asks for Purchase Code which you don’t get.

It honestly isn’t disabling when I select Top Menu ‘None’ and I’ve only just installed it. The theme looks great but it’s not disabling/hiding the green top menu. Can you not help me or let me know simply how to switch it off/disable it?

Hello! I use your theme for a removal company I helped set up. There has been issues with the contact form. It doesn’t want to submit. At first I thought it was an update issue or the types of emails being used but i have now updated all and i have used a variety of emails e.g. gmail, hotmail, etc and the same message occurs. (the error message i preset). Please advise how I can fix this. I created a new form to see if it was just a bug but the new one is doing the same thing.

Having the same problem as the user above after updating to 4.8.2 – menu links not scrolling to anchors. This problem only occurs in Chrome, as the links work fine in other browsers. Is there a fix?
I don’t have a purchase code as this was originally installed for my client by another company who is unresponsive.
Managed to fix it myself. The jquery.scrollTo.min.js needed to be updated to v2.1.2.

Unfortunately, I cannot reproduce this error in original files. Seems that the problem is not related with theme itself. We provide support via our Support Forum only. Anyway, theme will be updated soon, so may be new upgrade will solve your problem.
Please refer to http://www.flatfootgroup.co.za and you will see that the menu links do not scroll anymore. This only occurred after the update to 4.8.1
