Having a compatibility error between wordpress, Noraure theme and Woocommerce.
Everything was almost updated and the website was going smooth until 3 days ago.
I tried almost everything but can’t even access the dashboard of the website.
can you help me?

In case your support is expired, you don’t have to buy a new license of the theme, just renew support is enough. Here’s how to do that: http://prntscr.com/leuaau You will get a notification when we update new version.

Super nice but this is not a support item. I’m not a retard, the logo won’t change. And this was not before, I always could change the logo but now it stays on the noraure logo.. I’m not going to pay 50 dollar for support.. This is a technical issue, not a help I don’t know where to find issue… please help me

WPengine is updating all their servers to PHP v7.2 starting Feb 1st….. in a couple days.
I used a plugin tool to check and as of now, ALL my plugins have 0 errors and 0 warnings except your theme has many. Have they been fixed? Will Noraure work on PHP v7.2. In a week 100,000s of users are being switched from php5.6 to php7.2 If you haven’t fixed this theme yet you will have a huge issue on your hands starting in a few days. Please confirm Noraure WILL work on 7.3

Is this theme still supported?? I have opened a ticket on your support site 2 months ago when i still paid for support…., with 2 follow up replies and no one has ever answered me. My only question is, is this theme compatible with PHP v7.3 (WPengine, a major hosting company is changing all servers from PHP 5.1 to 7.3. When do you update your theme templates?! Again (3rd or 4th time) customers get red warning messages in cart when they check out. If not please say so, so I can look for a new template. It starts to get anoying. I bought two licenses and expect regular updates.
I already did, but still have no awnser if you are going to update the theme or not.

There is a search function Error happened in a specific keyword “new products”.
This search result page is different from any other search results. It has your template original main navigation header and it is not able to customize (the logo image and the style of navigation).

Hello, I am having trouble getting my logo to display on the home page. I am using Home Page 3, and have uploaded my logo using Customize > Header Image.
