Heya, just have a question, as I do love the template, but having trouble with a few features. I’m trying to build the site for a film festival (not music, seriously, there’s just not enough film festival templates, like at all, for wordpress)... anyway, I need to be able to list the merch in the store in Dollars, not Pounds. And for the “Artists” sections, I’m converting that to films that play the festival, so don’t need the traditional bio info. So I need to figure out how to create info relevant to a film (like country of origin, runtime, etc. that is found in the Basic Info section). Lastly, there’s a few little things I’m having a heck of a time trying to figure out that show up perfectly in the demo… but I can’t apply at all on my page. Feel free to contact me and email me if you think these can be fixed quickly. Honestly, once I get these answered, I’m pretty much off and running! Thanks again!

We’d like to see proper documentation for the customization that you want to do so that we can quote you properly about these customization.
Well, shouldn’t it be standard that pounds can be converted to any currency needed? Or even the artist info? That seems like something to me that should just be standard without the need for hiring a webmaster of some sort. Sorry for misunderstanding. You can change the pound to dollar easily in woocommerce settings. That’s a woocommerce feature. I was talking about the artists & other things. That’s a paid customization actually.
Are there going to be any new updates? Been a few months and woocommerce has been updated a few times

I installed the theme but if I open a music album you can only see the title. It’s not loading anything else. No footer, just a blank page under it.

I think it’s a bug in this version because everything works fine except the album detail page. I installed the template several times with a clean Wordpress installation on different php versions but the problem seems to stay.

The date of the newsposts change everyday to the current day.. You know how to fix this?
hey iv done my research and decided to purchase this theme, but before i just need to make sure it has video support where as i can have a portfolio and have my videos accessable on the website, its probably do able i just want to make sure.

Hi there, as for now we’ve video background slider ( with no sound ) options & a video showcase vc element option so that you can put your videos in any page. Also we’ve got gallery system for image & videos both. Hope that’ll help you understand if our theme suits your needs or not. Thank you.
Is it possible to use the contact footer from the ‘Multiple Home’ layout, on other layouts too?
There is no option to use “Multiple Home layout footer” to other layouts. Its only possible by custom work.

We did not create download buttons. So it only possible by custom work. you can hire someone to add this button or you can hire us. Definitely you have to pay for this custom work.

First of all congratulations for the great work, is an excellent theme from all perspectives, but before buying it I need to know if you can connect the player with a radio (shoutcast, stream mp3, icecast,etc), or if you can make it possible in future versions, if it is possible I will buy the theme with great enthusiasm because it is one of i needs, if not I will stay with the desire, regards from Spain!
Currently it’s not compatible with shoutcast or other streaming site. But thanks for the idea we’ll be looking forward to add this functionality to the theme in future updates. Absolutely brilliant idea to share. Thanks anyway.

Current version has no option to add videos in the slider. But we’re working on this to add the video in the slider in next version which will be releasing pretty soon.

@MensaDad yes you can change colors easily at the latest version of the theme. Along with the color you can also change fonts etc. Our 3.0 version comes with a great option to handle all the customization of theme that you want. Please do check on that.
