Hi. Can you tell me please, can i set the russian Ruble in price? and can I change all web site for russian language with the same fonts? Also, can i set the function - pay when you get? its very popular in Russia. Thank You
Hi @jmoreiro,
Yes, you can set Russian currency and you can change the website language to Russian too. Shopkeeper was built to be easily translatable. There are some included payment options (Cash on delivery as well) that you can use, but you can also look for any plugins to add extra payment options.
Cheers,
Alexandra
The styling of the form fields of my checkout page is scrambled. It happens when I active my courier company plugin (Collivery). According to them, “the select2 element styling does not match that of the theme. The theme would need to add styling for these, ie (height, color, width etc)”. Is that the case?
https://www.evermanapparel.co.za/checkout/ https://github.com/Collivery/Collivery-WooCommerceHello,
I can see what you mean and I’ll have a developer look over this. But so you know, the theme is using the same select2 that WooCommerce is using and that’s what it will continue to do.
Cheers,
Alexandra
Hi Alexandra – Brilliant, thanks! Yes, the plugin also uses the latest version of select2
Hi again – Any news on this? Thanks, J
Hello again again. It’s been over two weeks since I queried what seems to be a bug. PLEASE can you get back to me on this?
Hi. It’s been over three weeks and I’ve had no reply from you. If you expect me to buy support to address this, could you at least let me know?
Hello!? Is there a reason why no one is getting back to me on this?
Hello John,
Adrian here. I just opened up a support request under your username to learn more about it, but as said, I am not sure if that’s theme related or something we can fix through the theme. I am hoping to be able to at least give you some direction.
Cheers! Adrian.
Hi there,
How to change the Related Product’s thumbnails? (Product “up-sell” and “Cross-sell” ) I have big pictures. It looks bad. Any ideas? sample product: https://dogtrotter.pl/shop/dogtrekking/pas-do-biegania-z-psem-non-stop/
Hi @Greyland,
The Related products section isn’t built to show images that big and I can’t replicate the issue on our end. You should go through the Troubleshooting Guide first and if that won’t help you get to the bottom of it, please reach out to the support team and provide a link to your site and a temporary admin username and password so we can look into it.
Cheers, Alexandra
Troubleshooting Guide did not help. After updating to V2 template version, Related Product’s.they are still not thumbnails under the product description. How to contact quickly with support?

Super curious as to why this theme constantly takes over from the child theme. I don’t get that. Now we’re stuck having to use the Parent. We just updated to the latest and it wiped everything, our logo, our fonts, styles, everything out. When we enabled the Parent however it went back to how we had it but we don’t use the Parent. We use our Child theme. So strange.
Hi @stefsterhb,
This issue doesn’t sound familiar and can’t be replicated but shouldn’t be happening. Make sure this isn’t a cache issue or a plugin affecting the functionality.
Cheers,
Alexandra
It’s done it several times. We update the parent and it takes out our settings, our logo, css, custom code, and more.
Hello. I have a problem on my theme. Payment gateway icons are not showing. When I see the code I can see that image it’s inserted but it says 0×0px, so it’s not showing. Please can you tell me how to solve it? Thank you.

Also when I click on BRANDS page, before it showed me all the brands (products) I had and now it appears empty. The brands are only visible when I select some of the categories but not on the main page..
I hope you can help me resolve this. Thank you!
Hello there,
I checked your site and I can see what you mean, however, we haven’t changed anything related to the product description, the update shouldn’t be causing it, not sure about the Brands plugin either so I need more info in order to help you figure it out. I’ve opened up a support request under your username and I’ve been asking for site access. You should have an email on that.
Cheers! Adrian.

Would love to see more styling options. I had some serious problem with adding product options (with plugin) you now have same color on cart and “add to cart-button” please seperate these in styling
The css-part .product:not(.product-type-grouped) form.cart:not(.variations_form) makes the cart from the same color as the button. This is done to give the illusion on a single line cart but as you can see it doesn’t include the possibility that something else (like the options) could be printed.
Hi @pederw,
Thank you for using Shopkeeper!
I am not sure I understood correctly what are you trying to achieve. Please go to https://shopkeeper.wp-theme.help to submit a support request and it will be assigned to our developers. Please provide a link to your site or at least a screenshot/example to make sure we’re on the same page. We’ll do our best to help.
Cheers! Adrian
Hi does the function include a “wait list”, “notify me when available” & “wish list”?
Hello @momoloh,
This is Adrian, happy to be talking to you about Shopkeeper. I just got back to your other message as well. Yes, you should be able to created an online store based in Singapore and accept international payments as well, I don’t foresee any issues with that.
As you can see in the demo, there is a wishlist, it is powered by a free plugin, it does not work like a wait list, but you should be able to find a plugin for that as well. WooCommerce is really popular and I am sure you’re not the first one having that need.
Feel free to get back if you have any other questions.
Cheers! Adrian.
Hi there! I am trying to integrate my Typekit kit into my website with Shopkeeper but it’s not working – I’m not sure if I’ve installed the correct plugin and can’t seem to find one in the Shopkeeper Panel as noted in responses above. Could you please advise as to where I can find this plugin? Thanks in advance!
Hi @clairecallander,
Make sure you’re using the latest version of the Get Bowtied Tools plugin and updates are activated. Go to Shopkeeper > Plugins and you should find there an extension called Adobe Typekit Fonts for Shopkeeper.
Cheers! Adrian.
Ahh perfect! Thanks so much.
Hi Adrian, Thanks so much for your help with this – I have noticed though that my mobile version of my site isn’t showing my Typekit fonts correctly, it’s coming up with a Times New Roman type font. Is this something I need to update myself? Thanks in advance!
Good evening.
I can not install my theme in Wordpress. A message appears stating “The theme does not have a style sheet (style.css)”.
What do I do?
Hi!
Is it possible in Shopkeeper to edit the name/slug/permalink “portefolio-item”?
I want to edit the portefolio.php file but I can not find it in the Shopkeeper theme_options folder. Should it be there?
Thanks
Tommy Stubsveen (Norway)
Hi again, found it! wp-admin/customize.php

Is there any plans to implement other mobile menu design options? Just so we can switch it up from the plain white background with black text that is offered.
I like something like this mobile menu: https://imgur.com/9VoMzik
Its just a little more organized and clean looking with the divider lines etc.
Hi @RustyBread,
At the moment a new mobile menu isn’t on our roadmap but that sound like a cool theme feature. Thanks for your feedback! I can see the need for such a feature and I will submit a request to our developers to bear in mind this option for a future update.
Cheers, Alexandra
Looks as though there is a bug with bbpress forums not showing replies in threads or topics in forums.
Hi @marcush90,
We haven’t tested Bbpress for a while so I can’t say for sure what issues it might cause. Hey there, I just added this plugin to our list of requested plugins. As soon as possible we’ll review it and find a solution which will be available in a future update.
Cheers, Alexandra
Thanks that is great!
Hello! I downloaded the shopkeeper theme to my computer and installed it on my server. Now, happily I have been able to adjust the menus. For some reason, menus are missing. For example, shop catalogs are missing out, like Shop-Archive, Shop-with Sidebar etc. Why are they missing? Did some of the files have not been installed because I installed the theme myself manually? Thank you for your answer in advance!
Hello @Osmander,
That definitely sounds strange! Menu items shouldn’t be messing and we definitely want to know more about this issue. Please reach out to the support team and we’ll be happy to help.
Cheers,
Alexandra
I just Bought Shopkeeper for my wordpress.com site and it gives me error upload problem: Incompatible Theme. How can i resolve this ?
Never mind i figured it out I just needed to re download the Installable woo commerce file only from the drag down menu found out in one of your earlier posts.
Hi @zdavood,
Happy you managed to find this solution! Don’t forget to visit the support channel when you need help setting up the theme: http://shopkeeper.wp-theme.help

Hello. I installed this theme and like it very much! I have two problems:
1) In quick view variable products are not working correctly, but simple products are. I checked console in inspector and it shows this js error: “Uncaught TypeError: t.slideTo is not a function ; scripts-dist.js” Also in product page variable products are working correctly.
2) I want that products will be under shop category, but in settings here isn’t “Show both” selection, like it’s shown in screenshot https://snag.gy/Rn2KPC.jpg
Please say me what to do?

Hi, anybody else here noticing that the Back To Top Button is empty? There is no icon in it. We are on version 2.2.5. The Shopkeer demo site is fine.
Hi @puregraphx,
Nope, we can’t replicate the issue. You should try to deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and remove all the custom code you’re using. Then clear your cache and check if the issue remains.
Let me know how it goes.
Cheers, Alexandra

Hi, a Speed test on mobile gives only Score: 36 / 100
Minimal redirects Render blocking CSS and/or JS Compression enabled CSS not minimized HTML minified Javascript not minified
I have asked/commented about the Themes speed-issues here before. Is there anything new? Will # 2,4,5 be corrected in future updates?
Thank you, Tommy
Hi Tommy,
Optimising speed may give different results from site to site. The notice you’re sharing, the one about minifying, that is not something the theme can do, you can use a plugin such as Better WordPress minify to get better results in that area. And also check this help center article on How to speed up Shopkeeper: https://shopkeeper.wp-theme.help/hc/en-us/articles/210037585-How-to-speed-up-Shopkeeper
Hope this helps.
Cheers! Adrian.
OK, thanks Adrian – so “Render blocking CSS and/or JS Compression enabled” are not problems that are caused by the themecode?
Are the issue with old versions of safari all resolved. I want to update but you demo is still not working in older safari browsers. has the demo been updated to the latest version that states these issues have been fixed?
Hello,
We have included some Safari fixes in the new theme update. Here’s where you can see exactly what fixes we include in the new theme versions: https://shopkeeper.wp-theme.help/hc/en-us/articles/207365265-Updates-History-Changelog Yes, the theme demo was updated to the newest theme update.
Cheers, Alexandra
Thanks for the quick reply. The filter slide in still does not work on this page and all content in a products description is still pushed off the page so I don’t think your fixes have worked. Tested on safari 8. Could you confirm this is the latest theme demo as I can’t upgrade if not working. : http://shopkeeper.wp-theme.design/product-category/women/
We’re still running some tests with older versions of safari and our developers mentioned that more fixes will be included in the next theme update which should be available next week.
Cheers, Alexandra
