Hi good day, this is a presales question, your site looks ideal. But I just want to clear somethings up before I purchase. Can this site, handle recurring rentals. That is most people for me will book for a month, and stay 2-3 years as it’s for a student accommodation. Can this handle this, recurring billing? Will a notice be sent if recurring billing is available or let’s say person stay is for an extended period of time. Also can various landlords and students view their invoices? I want to take a commission on each booking and rental at intervals (month) is this possible automatically? Lastly, I would like to upsell an option with rentals, that of insurance, can this be included as a field and added to rental cost if selected?

Thank you for your questions. There is used our Hotel Booking plugin in this theme and there are no recurring payments functionality at the moment. We’ll keep this request about recurring payments and invoices in mind for further development.

Yes, using integrated Booking plugin you are able to create different seasons (selecting real dates and even week days). Then you tie created seasons to the rates/prices that will be applied to certain accommodation types i.e.villas.
Thus you can control the available dates for your each villa.

I have bought a lot of themes here over the years. I get it – you have a good booking plugin and you wanted to tie a theme into it.
But seriously this is what is required to simply import some demo data?
If you create a new website, use these steps to import sample data.
All required files are located in the manual_install folder of the theme package (downloadable files).
- Make sure you have installed the theme and required plugins.
- Open the villagio.sql file in the text editor
- Replace all “your_website_url_here” text with your website URL like http://mywebsite.com
- Open your site database using PhpMyAdmin tool. Select your database. Import villagio.sql file. WARNING: all data will be deleted and rewritten
- Copy the “uploads” folder into the /wp-content/ directory via FTP
Don’t want to be harsh but I can’t believe this is how you expect the average user to import the demo data by modifying a SQL file and updating via PhpMyAdmin – maybe that was OK 5-years ago, but not today. Purchasers should be made aware of this before a purchase.

1 . I am not going to use the integrated booking, the booking form can be used as a normal booking form to ask for info for the booking?
2. I need to add packages (room + bus) with seasonal pricing, can this be done?

Using Hotel Booking plugin you are able to disable booking (hide reservation form) but not to hide book button.
It is possible to add different rates applying different seasons for your accommodation types or adding it as separate accommodation type.
Hi, nice theme! Is it possible to add the option of Property Location and Pets to the Search feature?
Hi, Thank you for your question. Unfortunately there is no option to add those parameters to search availability at this moment. However if you do not separate adults and children you can rename Children into Pets using translation plugins.
Pre-sales questions:
1) Does this theme have the ability to for homeowners to add multiple properties from the front-end?
2) Are all plugins used in your demo included with theme purchase?

- There is used our Hotel Booking plugin in Villagio theme. Currently there is not option to add accommodations from front-end.
- There are also integrated Jetpack and Shortcode Widget plugins . Could you specify what other plugins or tools you mean?
