The Post Grid feature is still not working, it keeps saying {status found”}

{status : Nothing found}

There are quite a bit of functional issues in this theme. I purchased a premium theme with the intent that it would work quickly and easily. I’m having trouble getting trivial items to work within this theme. In addition to the post grid feature not working, the Slider Revolution plugin is not working either, it will not pull my posts into the slider, no matter how many ways I configure it. Is there detailed documentation on this overall theme and the various plugins used?

It’s local on my machine. How can you release a product that hasn’t been reviewed and working properly. I’ve inspected it, there is no JS error on the Slider Revolution – It’s not simply not doing what the features are implying it is supposed to do.

Each update is reviewed and tested before releasing, I thought that there’s a javascript conflict from another plugin or custom js code maybe. Could you please list the used plugin list? and also could you please specify the issues more, I need to get to know the issues so at least I try to replicate it

Within Slider Revolution – I create a new slider, in the Settings, 1. Content Source – I select ‘post-based slider, Fetch Posts By: Categories & Tags; Post Types: Post; Post Categories: Front Page Posts >>custom category in my site. I save my settings. When I launch the site, a slider frame appears but no content is being pulled into the site. Within the WPBakery Page Builder, I add the Post Grid, and select a different data source (it auto completes with my job posting listing) I save it and when I launch my site I get the Status: nothing Found on the page, when I know there are several data sources available.

Thank you for detailing, it seems that the plugins can’t fetch posts from custom category, could you please try to open the category page (which you can get from Posts > Categories > view) and tell me whether it appears to you? Also, do they work when you specify other categories?

I’m not sure what you’re looking for – from within the Plugin’s, I am able to see my custom categories and select them as the data source. Where am I supposed to see the Posts > Categories > view ? I dont see a View level

Yes, I just downloaded the theme today so it is the most recent version. Again, 87.5% of the price for something that should work seems very expensive.

Testimonial carousel is broken. I can’t edit text box in the visual composer. These are quite big errors.

Sorry for the confusion, when you share a website url on a social app or website, the social app or website fetches the info from your website url, and then keep them temporarily to reduce fetching period every time the url is shared, so if you updated your website, the old info remains for a period of time, this period of time varies depending on the social app/website. I’ve directed you to facebook share, to investigate whether the info fetched has changed or not

However, if your website is fresh installed and contains only the demo content, you can reset and remove all content using Wordpress Reset plugin then import again using One Click Demo Import plugin

This is usually not part of the support role, but for you, I can fix this issue and reimport the demo properly
