Hi, I’ve installed the theme and all plugins and also installed the ZIP extension on my server.

I am ready to buy this theme. I have some pre-sale questions: 1. Which editor you use for page contents? Is it Visual composer or something else? 2. For book an appointment, do you have guest option or compulsory they have to register for booking? 3. For shopping, when I click on Proceed to Checkout, it shows blank screen on the demo site. Is it working? And which payment gateway you use for that as plugin? 4. Instead of images, if I want to add videos from youtube, do you have that option available anywhere?

1. Visual Composer – is nice page builder, but it is not good to use 2 different builders together, because this can lead to unstable content appearance and other different issues. It is better to use default Unyson Page Builder in the theme. With the help of this builder you may create your pages with custom content and modify existent, you may change background, color and overlay color of sections, insert shortcodes and widgets etc.

4.There are several ways how to add videos from youtube:
- To quickly add a video, simply copy the video’s URL from your web browser’s than put it on a line by itself in your visual editor as you draft your post.
- Depending on the location of your theme’s widget areas, you can also add videos in your sidebar or footer by copying and pasting the shortcode into a text widget.

hello! I just bought the theme and I have issues importing the demo. It says: Failed to create tmp table _fwbk_wp_commentmeta. COLLATION ‘utf8_general_ci’ is not valid for CHARACTER SET ‘utf8mb4’ I try to change to collation with PHPMyAdmin but it stilo does not work

Hi MWTemplates, I have translated the language file found at wpcontent/themes/lifeguide/languages/lifeguide.pot. Where exactly do I upload the xx_XX.po and .mo and do I have to add anything to the config.php? Thank you. (The info in the manual does not seem to work for me.)

Hello, Dear Customer! You may edit the height of slider by reducing or increasing images in it. The default size of images in slider is 1920×1000 px But you may use images with lesser height, for example 500 px instead 1000 px. When using GTMEtrix or Page Speed Insights, there are A LOT of issues with - serve resources from a consistent URL - defer parsing javascrip - serving scaled images -minifying CSS

In addition to the missing widget areas and problems with the menu not being responsive (which have still not been corrected despite my requests on Monday!), the style sheet seems to conflict with my SSL. I’ve paid for an SSL as part of registering my domain. Please verify why this is not working with the stylesheet in your theme and correct ASAP!!!!
I am beginning to regret having purchased this theme given all the issues with it and expect they will ALL be resolved before the weekend or I will expect my money back.

Is anyone even paying attention? I sent over the requested login information 3 days ago…while the social icons now show up, they’re not linked to my social accounts and I have no idea where I go to add that information. I have a few issues/requests about the theme (which you may already be working on!)
- I have version: 1.0.3 – is this the latest version?
- I’d like to control the speed of the slider in some way – is this possible?
- If I add ‘Personal Property Finders Spain’ to my slider Title the text is too big and disappears. I have reduced the font size using CSS but it would be much better if I could add a line-break into my title. Do you have a better solution for this? Or can you only recommend I have a short title?

1.The last version of our theme is 1.0.9 – you may update your current theme if the child theme is activated on your website.
2.To change speed of the slider – please open in code editor file general.js located in /wp-content/themes/lifeguide/js/ and go to line #609. Change slideshowSpeed: 10000, value for example to slideshowSpeed: 5000, and save file: http://nimb.ws/Y6eSPy This step will increase slide show speed. To view results – reload page in your browser using CTRL + F5 or CTRL + R.
3.For now it is better to use reduced font size, in future updates we will include it in theme. Best Regards!
