Hello!

I wish to add som font awesome icons in a text box. The example from the official font awesome webpage would give me the desired result by displaying the icons in a horizontal line, however using the exact same code will align my icons vertical using the Massive theme.

Hi,

I’ve figured out what to do, (I think), in the previous question. My problem now is that my fa icons are theme colored at idle state and will turn dark gray on hover also I cant seem to figure how to evenly spread out with out geting them of center.

I somewhat rushed the above post. To clarify Id like to reverse the colors of the idle/hover or be able to chose wich ever colors I want. I’ve messed around but ended up changing the size and color of the BackToTop button.

Hi,

Add a class my-social-links to the div where you set the font-size: 26px

<div class="my-social-links" style="font-size: 26px">
    ...
    ...
</div>

And then add the following CSS snippet to your custom CSS box in theme options panel.

.my-social-links a {
    color: color_code_goes_here;
}

.my-social-links a:hover,
.my-social-links a:focus  {
    color: color_code_goes_here;
}

You change other css properties by adding them after color.

You can change portfolio settings from Theme Options under Massive menu, or you can change from Visual Composer element which is under Massive tab.

Hi, In my portfolio setup, I am using Grid 4 setting and Portfolio Lightbox in single view. My customer has large portfolios and I am using the Portfolio Gallery for the pictures. On my portfolio page those pictures are scrolling through the grid, giving an uneasily view. Is it possible only to show only one picture (without the scroll effect) in de grid and showing all the pictures in the single entry?

Second question: when I am using the Textblock from Visual Composer, I cannot change the font type, font size and font color. When I click on the box of eg font size, no other size will show up. Pls help

1. Do not use portfolio gallery if you need to show only one image in portfolio grid, instead add those image in porfolio content area.

Hi,

The cart icon in the header depends on WooCommerce. If you uninstall WC you won’t see the icon any more.

But if you want to hide when WC is activated then use the following CSS snippet


.cart-info { display: none }

Regarding social media icons, I’m afraid you can’t do that. Massive doesn’t have that option.

Hi there, I am working for my client and I have a question about a class named “vc_hidden”.

My purchase -code is “583a9ad9-76ad-4e5d-9758-325aa4050d11”

Well I have created a plenty of short-codes which are going to be used with the components of VisualComposer through out the site.

Now the problem is, when I add a text field from Visual Composer and add any shortcode with that, it works and shows everything on front but when I try to add any-other component after adding my short-codes, it adds a class ‘vc_hidden’ on the top row and everything remains white, as it adds opacity:0 with vc_hidden. I want to get rid of the issue.

Will you please suggest me a way to avoid this problem?

Hey guys, can you just please help?! tbsupport, that does not work, because the custom menu widget takes the whole menu, which is not what I need.

Please just help, instead of trying to avoid work or something. It seems extremely much like you are writing me off, as your assistance is not fixing or helping the issue.

I am normally really not a mad customer. However, I find this support to be less than mediocre. It takes two minutes for you to fix the issue. For example I find that ThemeBucket have been extremely helpful, by telling me that they will fix it, while tbsupport, you grant me nothing but a waste of time, as you don’t resolve my problem.

Good morning. We have a client that has alerted u of an issue where on a mobile device, part of the letters disappear. I have seen this in testing this morning as well where the right side seems to be cropping without reducing the size of items as expected with the responsive functionality.

Hi,

there is a bug in visual composer with my version of Massive (the latest). Text box doesnt allow to change font and fontsize. I had the same bug withe another site and another theme. Theme update did solve the problem. Pls advice when that will be done, and pls asap as I am stuck now.

I just installed the theme and i checking out the possibilites,

I have a little issue, pls can you help me?

I changed the portfolio setting of Portfoilio Lightbox into Lightbox view, I didnt like the view, so i turned it back to Single View. But somehow i cannt change it back. It remains in Lightbox view, Pls help

I’ve got two issues:

1. is it possible to have a button linked to a video (ex. youtube) pop out as a lightbox or similar. If so, how can I make it happen?

2. I’m having a issue of the featured box option “boxed with icon to the left”, only half the icon showes with this option. (I’ve noticed the same issue on your live demo page)

Most probably you’re missing banner/slider images. You’ve to add those images manually for your slider from banner menu. There is no extra import option for that.
