Bundled plugins are included with extended license which cannot be given to end users according to Envato rules.

As for updating these plugins, you will need to wait for the next theme update in which we will include the newest versions available at that time.

How I can hide One category with subcategories on homepage? I mean that, when posted new article who want don’t show at home page. This category will on topmenu and when click will open new window with this category and the article will here. This is impossible? Can i hide some cateroies by this theme.

This issue can commonly occur when user sets SSL certificate on a website where it wasn’t present and installation wasn’t configured initially in that way. You could try using some SSL links fixer plugins like maybe following ones https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-https/ http://ithemes.com/codex/downloads/fix-ssl-non-ssl-links.zip but that doesn’t guarantee fixing the issue. More proper way would be to remove images that are causing this problem and re-uploading them again. By using google chrome developer tools console you can find list of images that are causing this issue.

Hey, I’ve been using the theme for a couple years. Still happy with it.
I’ve recently realized that the theme’s CSS fails a bit when any user clicks one of my links from FB (as FB forces their in app browser) and it breaks the CSS. The head image just says “mobile-logo” and the background colors are messed up. Is there a fix for this?
Since this isn’t any type of customized support, I figured this should be addressed somehow if you weren’t aware.

1. We are constantly working on updating all our themes. At the moment we don’t have any ETA when this update will come out. Also, please note that most of the WooCommerce updates do not change anything critical to a theme functionality, and we’ve tested this version of our theme, and it’s working fine with latest WooCommerce.

3. You should install YITH Quick View plugin. Then you will be able to click on quick view button and your products will be opened in popup. I see the “Cart” widget” but it’s very large text and bulky. Is there an options to allow customers to log into their My Account and displays this in the Top Bar Right all the time? Or is it for the Checkout page only?

1. Unfortunately, this is not shop theme so we didn’t include membership or woocommerce widgets. So, you will need to use default widgets or find some third party plugins. Regarding add to cart functionality, you will need to use default Cart widget by Woocommerce. https://www.screencast.com/t/RTHN19AL2 Regarding My account functionality, you can add my account page to your main navigation https://www.screencast.com/t/I9kgWwkuu5fh and then you will be able to have login and register features. Default Woocommerce functionalities.
2. Regarding instagram widget, you have two options:
a) You need to connect your instagram account inside Appearance -> Social Networks. https://www.screencast.com/t/uYLZlqIqd b) In Appearance -> Widgets you can find and add Edge Instagram widget to one of your widget areas. The problem with your suggestion on 2 b) is when I collapse the Edge Instagram Widget, it doesn’t show the fields to add Title, Tag, Number of Photos, etc. That’s why I showed you my screenshot before, please review it again.

Thank you for the response! I am using v1.7 – The CSS you gave for the single product page did help to create some top margins from the header, so that’s fine.
I reinstalled the Instagram Feed Plugin, same issue, doesn’t display fields to input info.

Also, the DATE Widget in the top left, display the Universal Time Zone, instead of my Local Time Zone indicated in the WP Settings. I contacted my Host Provider, they have a test WP site set to local time and it display the local time. Any ideas on how to fix this? I rather not have it shown in the UTC time. Thanks again!

2. Shop page resolved. I deleted the page an reinstall the WooCommerce Shop Page and it’s all good now.
3. Date Widget – I was talking about how the widget is display the time using the UTC instead of my Local Time. The UTC is 7 hours ahead of me. Would like the widget to show my Local Time instead of the UTC. See screenshot: https://prnt.sc/hjjt2e – My host provider said their WP site is display Local Time.

PHP gets the time from the server. It assumes the server reports UTC time. WordPress tells PHP to use UTC time everywhere. WordPress then makes it’s own correction for local time based on your setting in the general page.
Please check again with your host provider time settings and try to add manual timezone: https://www.screencast.com/t/Yy6Wjz5ta

Btw back on the Edge Date Widget – My hosting server is reading off the Local time zone. And when I installed a different Date Plugin, it successfully reads off the Local Time zone indicated in my WP settings. For some reason, your Edge Date Widget continues to read off the UTC time. Ahhh…looks like changing the parameter to 0 fixed the date issue. However, I’m not using the Child Theme. So I’ll lose this setting on the next Theme Update. Think you could make a note to have this fix on the next Theme Update? So I can keep my settings and not have to switch to the Child Theme?

Most likely you’ve updated WooCommerce to latest version, and our theme has been tested with up to 3.1.2. Try downgrading to that version. And regarding the buy button, you need to set the price of each product and the button will appear.

Great theme by the way, have been using for more than a year and is working smooth without any problem. Everyone loves it.
I understand the support has expired. Reporting a strange issue that cropped up recently after updating to the latest update of the theme and the Wordpress 4.8.2,which is the menu bar always somehow has the last item on the next line, no matter how less or more the menu items are, eating into the website area. Tried with just 2 menu items, yet the same happens. Is it some theme bug that needs fixing?

Default shop page does not render anything from the Visual Composer since ti is using Shop Template which only includes created products. However, if you want to have content form Visual Composer rendered including shop products displayed alongside, you can create a new page and in it include desired content on top of the shop and than just include Products element in Visual Composer https://www.screencast.com/t/2RRj2fpQ which will render all your products, to you can select which products you want to be displayed.

You can set that page to be your default woocommerce page in Woocommerce -> Settings https://www.screencast.com/t/ZaYVBKwSyT but please note, as we mentioned in previous reply, then your page will use Woocommerce template and your content from Visual Composer will be unusable.

Hi, I updated my theme with the last version released (1.7?) and I am experincing an issue with WP Bakery Visual Composer. I deleted the plugin in order to get the new version. Under “install required plugins” I get Visual composer (install 5.2.1) and Revolution Slider (update 5.4.5.2) but when I try to install or update them, both says : “The archive could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Invalid archive structure”. Could you please advice? My website is very ugly now. Thank you in advance, Oroz

b. Go to Plugins page in your WordPress Dashboard, locate Visual Composer/Slider Revolution in the list, deactivate them and delete them

Thanks again! I know how to update the theme. I did it, but I am not sure that I managed it, so I would like to double-check if it is OK or not. For this, could you please tell me if the last version of your theme is the 1.7? I do not find this information in the package.
Other point: i have already deleted (not only deactivated) VC from WP and unfortnatley I did not receive any notification (usual I get the notif…this is not the first time that I do un update of your theme). As there was no notification, I tried to serach for the plugin via the research function of WP admin. No plugin called WPBakery Visual Composer. So I took js composer files from my backup and reloaded via FTP. This is why I have an option “update” under “Install plugins”. But there is error. This is the same for Revolution Slider EXCEPT that I have never deleted that. Thanks in advance for your help
PS : my website is very in a bad situation. I also thought that in order to resolve this issue quickly I would buy the plugin, but I am afraid that there will be a conflict with your licence.
