However, support period is only 6 month, you can buy support extension later whenever you need our help.

It depends on your requirements. The basic e-commerce plugin is WooCommerce which is free, however it has some paid addons which is very optional to use.
The theme also have bundled plugins which is free to install and update once you purchased the theme.
Im having trouble making my Instagram look like the one in the footer of the demo page. When I add the Instagram widget it adds my pictures with the captions in a vertical manner—not horizontal like yours. I am unsure how to just have horizontal thumbnails like yours. Thanks.

The theme doesn’t modify cart widget content. It’s fully managed by WooCommerce. Did you make any custom configuration to hide the cart widget?
I did but nothing related to that. Ill go through the settings again and take another look at it.

Hi if you need it as a paragraph, you can add from Product description. If you need it inside the “Additional Information” tab, you need to add Attributes (but don’t add them as variation).

Glad the issue has been resolved. And as you said, the instagram plugin is independent and we don’t manage the plugin. So if there is an issue with the plugin, you could directly contact the plugin author.

Hey, a client they buy Primrose Theme from you, have a problem.. If someone use Safari Browser, the Main Page doesn’t display.. If you start the Page again and again, than it words. Is there a Problem with Caching in Safari? Any other Browser works..

Hi, the new Safari has some issue with animation. We have released a fix for that issue. There might be a cache issue on Safari. Could you try again and see if the issue persists?

Yes it is. We just can’t edit the description because there is no WooCommerce 3.2.x option from ThemeForest.

Hi, All product thumbnails size are managed by WooCommerce from its settings page. You can go to WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Display. And then set the thumbnail size.
Pleate note that you need to “regenerate thumbnails” using the “Force Regenerate Thumbnails” plugin to make your changes applied to current image sizes.
Hi! I have Primrose theme and a woocommerce Shop. I’m having difficulty with the Shop categories. When you click on a category is displays all products not just those in the categories. How do I change this please?

Hi what plugin did you use for the vendors module? I think you should try to contact the plugin author. I don’t see it’s related to our theme scripts.
We are having issues with the password lost form: If we submit the form, the page is redirected to the wp-login.php page, having no e-mail submitted to the user. Same behaviour for valid and invalid usernames entered.
What could be the reason for this behaviour? We set wordpress logging to debug, but no error is shown. The submit returns with HTTP 302.
Hi, I think the issue has nothing to do with our theme. Could you try to switch the theme to default 2017 theme for a moment, and see if the issue persists? If yes, then the issue is not from our theme.
Hello! I just ran the updater for the Site Orgins plugin and after, the slider isn’t showing anymore. I have the current version of Wordpress and haven’t added any new plugins that could affect your plugin. Any idea how I could fix this?

Hi, basically Primrose works well with any plugin. But for the plugins you mentioned, you might need to tweak the styles (CSS) to match Primrose styles.
About WPML, I am not sure if it’s fully compatible with your mentioned plugins. it really depends on the plugins features whether they are compatible with WPML or not.

We didn’t specifically did compatibility test for event calendar plugins. So currently we have no list of compatible event calendar plugins.
But if a plugin mentioned that the styles can be customized, it should be okay to use along with Primrose.

But I personally suggest that you have your content on live site from the beginning. You can set maintenance mode, or write your content in draft if you don’t want people see your unfinished works.

In both sliders is no Option for the Arrows, and the little ‘dots’ at the bottom of the slider. and in the new slider the pictures dont Slide

1. Yes, you can set different rate even different shipping method on each country / zone you defined. This feature is called “Shipping Zone”, you can read more about it on WooCommerce docs.
2. Yes, you can disable the registration process on Checkout page. It’s fully configurable on WooCommerce settings.

Hi I’d like to disable lightbox on product images, I’ve tried code in the functions.php and plugins but nothing works, any suggestions.
Hi, what gallery model are you using? What Primrose version are you running? In the latest update we have options to disable default WooCommerce lightbox functionality.
I have had this theme for a while and haven’t made any updates in over 6 weeks. I went to change my logo today and the APPEARANCE < CUSTOMIZE is no longer working. Specifically, it takes forever to load and when I finally get to HEADER < LOGO I press the SELECT FILE button and nothing happens.
Also when I go to STYLES and try to change the color codes, nothing.
Seriously, the customize panel is just not working at all.
Is this a new issue?

Hi, your ticket has been replied.
The problem is caused by NON STANDARD way of installing theme (Primrose). You placed Primrose theme files in an additional subdirectory after /wp-content/themes.
Yours is: wp-content/themes/digiluxedesign2017/primrose/ It should be: wp-content/themes/primrose/
It makes Kirki plugin (the Theme Options framework for Primrose) retrieved incorrect URL references for its process.
Please install themes in the appropriate way as instructed by WordPress.
In additional, we can’t reinstall the theme, because the theme files can’t be deleted. Again, it’s because of your themes placement.
Please move the theme, using FTP.
