Hello, thanks for your prompt answer! It’s a HTML thing as I’d like to upload some prebuilt HTML custom emails to Woocommerce and also load some others to an online email marketing service provider.
For WooCommerce: it depends on the plugin you are using (requires coding knowledge). Am for HTML you simply copy the design block you need.

Hey, thanks for the templates. Question – how can I add in HTML/CSS a 50% black layer (like in hero_reservation.png) over .hero_image?
Adding a layer wont work. You could do it the other way around. Make the background black and the PNG image with 50 opacity.

The path should be ‘childtheme/woocommerce/emails. Next upload the contents of one of the 3 sets (PHP files and images folder).

Sorry but I don’t understand what you mean. According to the description, Woocommerce template is now a separate purchase, which I need to pay for it. That’s not what I expected when I purchase this item because it was advertised as Woocommerce email template but it is not anymore.

You could try checking email-order-details.php, item list setting should be ‘show_image’ => true, ‘image_size’ => array( 44, 44 ).
Are you using an addon plugin or just the default WooCommerce plugin?

You’ve have to also port the native Magento code that makes the emais work. The templates work with any system that sends HTML-based notifications.

The templates conflict with another plugin I use “Shipping Details for WooCommerce”. As soon as I enter an tracking code and try to update the order, it leads directly to the template (broken off version though). When I leave the tracking info open, it works alright. Is there any way you guys can help me on this, I would hate if all my work was for nothing and I really do need this other plugin as I need to provide my customers tracking information (of course).

Hi there, I’m just wondering if there’s a specific reason the header logo has a max-width of 144px? Or can that be increased without breaking the layouts. Thanks
The 144px max-width is a fail-safe for logos that have a 1:1 ratio. You can go as hight as 264px for the logo width.
Templates are out of date as of recent WooCommerce update.
An update for version 2.5+ is in development and will be publish shortly.

Theme Elements from Preview is not the same with the ones in html files – please advise
Also there is a lack of comments in the html it’s impossible to understand where one element starts and where it ends

Comments are present throughtout the templates, marking the end of each block ( https://i.imgur.com/5h8GUj5.png ) . If you’re accustomed with Bootstrap, you’ll find that we use the same style.

If you’re accustomed with Bootstrap, you’ll find that we use the same style. // i do have basic knowledge of html etc but haven’t work in bootstrap however I am using chrome inspect feature and copy elements then i combine them look ok on chrome preview but when i send a test html email on the gmail app it no longer does … there is no start in comments you can’t understand exactly from where to copy – you only have end comments
