I have cleared my cache and done hard refreshes, but the contact widget is NOT WORKING AT ALL: - The numbers in the “Phone number to display ” field are not displaying (it’s displaying the “Phone number to call” field instead) - The “Phone number to call” is not populating correctly when I hover over the phone number (it is still pointed to tel:+6274668877) - The email address is displaying correctly but not updating in the actual hyperlink (it is still pointed to hello@madang.store) - The “get directions” link does not open in new tab.
Why are there so many bugs in this theme?
Please help as soon as you can as I have to get this site up and running. Thank you.

The team member boxes are not top aligned. They are staggered up and down. Please advise how to fix this.

Update to my previous message – I uninstalled and reinstalled the ZIP files and now see the theme and its components have installed.
However, the child theme is NOT working. When I activate the child theme, nothing is carried over from the parent theme. Can you please check this out? The website comes up as completely blank when the child theme is activated.

A child theme needn’t override a parent theme’s customizer settings/controls. If you do not plan to override default theme structure please use parent theme instead. The behavior you experience is according to WordPress standards. You need to customize child theme on your own to make things work as you need it. Also the demo data can not be installed under child theme and parent theme simultaneously due to technical limitations.
As a hint you can try to export customizer settings from parent theme and import them into child theme back.

When I activate the child theme, the entire website vanishes from the homepage. It’s just a white screen – no logo, no colors, no default text. Typically, activating the child theme doesn’t do this. But I will try to import/export from the parent theme into the child theme.

I just purchased this theme and installed the parent theme. The section for Madang is not appearing on the left hand side navigation, as indicated on http://madang_docs.kenzap.com.
I hovered over Appearance, Tools and Settings but there aren’t any options to see the Madang theme settings. This shouldn’t be happening after just purchasing a theme!!
Please fix this ASAP and also correctly setup the demo content. I HAVE to get this theme updated and live by 5PM EST tomorrow (October 27th)!!!

Is there any way to have a limit to the order per week based on the specific conditions: (if consumer selects the 4 meal plan. he can only choose 4 meals. – if consumer chooses a 8 meal plan he can only choose 8 meals. and so on.)

You need to use variable product or mix & match plugin. It is not directly supported by the theme but it should not take long to integrate. Currently we do not have enough development resource to perform customization services.
The clients can see their purchases using WooCommerce My Account page.
Meal schedule may require aprx. 1/2 weeks of development.
aside from product display sequence per price, how can I also display the products alphabetically? The reason I want to do this I want some products to go after the other. For example, I want “FitBurger with Salad” to be displayed after “FitBurger” or “Chixilog tocino” to go after “Chixilog tocino with Salad.” Hope you get my point. Thanks!

Hi Kenzap, how do i make the product display per lowest price? the function on Madang Products widget is not working when i choose “lowest price” on “Choose product sorting.” After saving it and refreshing the page, it still shows random product arrangement. Hello, I just purchased your theme however after I installed it, I got the error stating:
“Your theme (Madang) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce.”
How can i fix this?
Also as a separate question, your theme description states i can import one of the demo layouts with a “one-click’ install/import. Is this done through a third party plugin?

It depends on what is your final goal after sign in page is filled in. By default this theme support authentication during checkout process so that next time if users make new order his data is filed in automatically. If you need more user management we recommend you to install a plugin like Ultimate Member. You will have more flexibility registering login/checkout forms, adjusting redirects, create user profiles etc.

When I add two featured (menu style) galleries, instead of showing 4 images per row, it shows only one image at a time per row. Is there something i am missing?

Having trouble with menus. Sidebar menu shows all my items in the category but main (top) menu isn’t. Happy to create login credentials.

Hi, madang categories widget dosen’t work. Shows only the default categories
You need to add categories to widget manually and make sure that they exists and liked with product categories.
When you change the layout in the menu page from vertical layout to pattern layout everything goes wrong. The meals are not in their respective category’s.
it will only work when you select a category from side menu and then make it to grid view , otherwise it will show all meals without sorting .Sorry we need more information to process your request.

What was changed/added/modified. 3. We may not know what meals are in which category. Please attach a screenshot here from your admin page.

Hi there, how can i add more option in table group for pricing table? (I want to display (options) one under the other. So, I dont want to display (options) side by side like your demo pricing table page.)

Most likely you need to adjust the HTML or CSS structure to achieve this. You can send us some example/screenshot at: info@kenzap.com so we could better understand your final goals.
As for colors. There are two types of colors master and sub color that can be changed from customizer > colors setting. Changing colors of individual elements is breaking color theme of a template. So if you need to change color specifically for element customizing CSS rules.
Can’t seem to get a vimeo or youtube video to play in the Mandang Video widget on the homepage. Is there a trick? I’ve added the following vimeo URL into the external URL field but no video appears: https://vimeo.com/48115957

There seems to be a difference between the Madang Video widget and just the Video widget. I’m able to get a video to display using just the Video widget, but then the video displays full size (oversized) and I’d like it to display as it does in the demo content, more narrow vertically. When I try to add a youtube or vimeo link to the Mandang Video widget (the one that also calls for a ground image and playback video) I get nothing.
Also, where do I select YouTube Banner type? I don’t see that option.

Hi again. I discovered that if I upload a video to my server and embed that in the Madang Video widget I can get it to play. But I can’t seem to feed from a vimeo or youtube url.
Also, is there anyway to allow the user to pause the video?? Currently, once you hit play, it’s impossible to stop the video without refreshing the page.

You can upload video but the aspect ration should be as on demo displayed. Currently you can not stop it but maybe we can make this small adjustment for you.
By providing a youtube link the video should be opened in a new browsers tabs in full screen with an option to stop it. Most likely you need to update your theme to make this feature work. Could please provide us your email address so we could send you the latest version.
