hi there! I am curious if the video has on-load issues. My prior site’s pre-made theme had so many issues in that the background video took eons to load so when someone landed on it the background was just black. How did you account for fast loading of the background video? 
want to make sure this won;t be an issue before purchasing this time

Make sure to optimize the video first if you want to use it as a background video, and try using the H.264/MP4 codec.
If your hosting provider is slow, you might consider using a CDN to help the video load faster.
You can also use a YouTube video as your website’s background.

Hello, I like the theme so far! It’s really complex and I am sure that in few days i will have a good looking website.
I do have one question so far, how can i change that purple-ish color from buttons and contact icons? I want to use light gray. It is very necessary for me to do that.

You can change that in color schemes on theme options. If you want to change color/background or even custom styling or css, you might want to use this plugin for that https://wordpress.org/plugins/so-css/

Or you can put all the iframe embed code by using the audio post format.

Yes I downloaded with my envato elements account (lolilohfeldt). When I go to portfolio, create a new post, then to portfolio gallery, when I want to change portfolio gallery setting for example to 2 columns and bigger images nothing happens. It’s as if the gallery settings are not working.

You can ignore those settings in portfolio gallery, because that settings only affect the default wordpress gallery, not the portfolio gallery.
