i have had some major problems the past week or 2 with your theme, all the plugins are way out of date and the primary one that is used is the Premium plugin Visual Composer that is extremely old from last time you had update to theme and the plugin with it. I am now unable to edit pages or create a page they are showing up black nothing to see at all, that is because it’s not current with the newest version that is now 5.4.2 it has had about 5 or 6 updates since version 5.2.1 that is current with the theme update. This is serious and i see others are waiting still on updates and that was 10 days ago and 21 days ago and longer than that even. You use to be up on your them with plugins the past 6 months its been extremely slow on keeping up with anything.

Hi, I installed the theme, then went to appearance > install plugins, and used that to install the Visual Composer, but it’s still saying I have to put in a license. How do I install the Tremula Gallery so I can make that Stacked Gallery in your demo?

Have the Ozy elements for VC been depreciated? I no longer see any Ozy Elements (ex: spacer, flip box, etc.) when I try and add to my rows.
This is on Rosie 3.1 after upgrading the theme.

Make sure you have latest version of the theme, once you update your theme, follow the auto plugin installer/updater instructions to update bundled plugins too. And taking a backup processing is always a good idea, just in case.

Once you update your theme, some information about updating your plugins must be appeared on your dashboard. If you can’t see anything as I described, you can deactivate and delete Visual Composer and Ozy Rosie Essentials plugin and re-install from the theme.
Is there a way that the images from Tremula Gallery to be with carousel when a image is clicked because it shows only single image.Thank you

Is Rosie 3.0 fully compatible wil WC 3.x? I am seeing errors like this in my error log The “add_to_cart_fragments” hook uses out of date data structures and function is deprecated since version 3.0.6. Replace with woocommerce_add_to_cart_fragments.

Hello, I’ve been trying to figure out how to download the latest update for Rosie.I do have Envato Toolkit activated on my dashboard but when I click on the update for Rosie, I get this message: “An error occurred while updating Rosie: The update cannot be installed because we will be unable to copy some files. This is usually due to inconsistent file permissions. include/primary-menu.php.orig” I have no idea what this means.
I did open a ticket for this on March 17. On April 5 I got a reply asking me for my credentials and they said this: “Hello, There is nothing actually has to be updated a script and plugins. I will do that once I connect your site via FTP, OK? Kind regards.” Unfortunately, I’ve heard nothing since.
Will I have this issue every time a new update comes out? I would rather find a way of fixing the issue so that I can download the new updates the normal way, via the dashboard, rather than having to go into the scripts every time. Can anyone please give me some instructions?

I tried to find a fix online which was to change the file permissions of all files and directories inside my public folder, via Filezilla. I changed all directories to 755 and files to 644 and the wp-config.php file and the include/primary-menu.php and primary-menu.php.orig file permission to 640. Nothing changed. Should the primary-menu.php.orig file have a different permission. That is the one that is cited in the error mesage that I’m still getting: “An error occurred while updating Rosie: The update cannot be installed because we will be unable to copy some files. This is usually due to inconsistent file permissions. include/primary-menu.php.orig” Thanks.

What is wrong with you people that you will not respond to a perfectly reasonable question. It says I have two months left on my support so why are you not honoring this? f you cannot be relied on to answer support questions then I can’t see why I’d ever use your product again and it’s a really nice product. That is a shame.

i really hope you have an update to the Rosie Theme A.S.A.P because woocommerce 3.0 came out a few weeks ago and the Rosie theme is screwing up everything with the woocommerce newest version everything is outdated and it has caused my online shopping cart to not work because it’s out dated with woocommerce

i have the most current version, your Rosie Theme is also out dated with Woocomerce template files. Rosie v 2.9 has out dated plugins as well.
We will update bundled plugins and WooCommerce templates ASAP, since bundled plugins already updated recently.

Hi there, I’ve followed all the instructions to import data. When I would like to use “Icons” or “title with icons”, there were no icons for me to choose. Do I have to reimport the files and will this cause duplication on the pages, comments etc?

It is not about import, probably your server returning 404 (not found) or 403 (forbidden) errors on AJAX calls. Please make sure you have no firewall plugin (like WordFence) or put it in learning mode.

Hello, does freevision offer support for the purchased theme or not? The page says there is support but it also says there is no support. Which one is it? I am considering buying the theme for an art portfolio but since I am not that experienced I need to make sure there will be support provided just in case I have a question.

Hello. I love the Rosie template but I am finding that response time on tickets is incredibly slow. The latest question I had has gone 10 days without an answer. We will be launching the site soon and I was promised help with manually coding the header to make it white rather than blue. When I finally get responses from you, they are good, even great sometimes, but as you’re getting hundreds of questions as you say, perhaps you need more people working your support desk to give a quicker turnaround? I just bought the theme and also a full copy of Visual Composer. Is this theme working with the latest VC because no matter what I try I cannot get an edited row to go full width, nor does adding padding make any difference to the layout. I’m a little frustrated and up against a deadline, if you can help me out I’d very much appreciate it. www.one-marina.com
Also I added several size logos and when I create new pages a giant logo appears which does;t match the smaller one i have on the home page.
