Hello, I purchased the theme and unfortunately I can not customize many elements and do not get anywhere. Also, unfortunately, customizing pages does not work as advertised. The documentation unfortunately did not help me either. I ask for help!

to whom it may concern ! i have been trying to purchase the quick shop theme today multiple times and it seems to have a problem while checking out and suggest to be a problem with my card, i checked my card and it’s fine and working but the cart does not proceed with the payment. can you please help and is there any other alternative to purchasing this theme ??? please response ASAP.

1. Is it Shopify sections compatible?
2. Are there product tabs within the product page?
3. Is there a custom html section?
4. Will I be able to translate it in another language within Shopify “Edit languages option” ?
5. Is there a newsletter popup? Is it compatible with mailchimp or any other alternative newsletter services?
6. Is there a wishlist functionality?
7. Is there a live search functionality available?
8. Is there an option to use a big search field as in this: https://themes.shopify.com/themes/empire/styles/supply/preview
9. Is there a video section with a CTA button? Is there an autoplay functionality?
10. Is there a customized announcement bar on top or bottom?

I’m planning to buy the quick shop theme ASAP. I need to know something before. Can I use features(sections) of other demos like instagram feed, footer, blog feed, collection list etc, in one of the demos with Sidebar Menu, yet keeping the menu on sidebar, not on top?

1)Footer & Header are changeable like other demos by using backend option.
2)For all others we need to copy and paste from other demo, If you are aware with liquid+CSS , its easy for you , Otherwise we need to help. But we will charge some additional cost for such customization work.

Popup mail subscription – does it work with active campaign? 4. What other features do you plan to add? Do you have a roadmap?
